Amazing sunset views from the front patio. We had the best seat in the house for the sunset every night. But, better than anything, was how well we were taken care of by Dimitrius and his team. He went WAY above and beyond in too many ways to count. His exceptional service made our trip!

Studio is rather small but it works.

Lovely studio in a Can’t beat location, right where the sun sets into the sea! 🙌. Dimitris was a very attentive host. He gave us great recommendations for dinner spots and everything else. Studio is a little small, but with a nice terrace. I will definitely stay there again, and i strongly recommend Dimitris place!

If you intend to cook, the kitchen is quite basic, just for you to know. We ate always outside since there are many possibilities and Dimitri will book a taxi whenever you need

Amazing host Dimitri who picked us up and Johnny who carried 3 big bags all the way to the villa! This is the prefect place to stay in Santorini...sunset view from the villa and right near the steps down to Ammoudi Bay with fabulous restaurants. You will love Ameni Villas!

Maybe a small upgrade of the kitchen facilities.

Most important is the location where you get a view of the sunset and close proximity to all the restaurants, shops, main sites. The night after all the crowd is gone offers a relaxing view as well. The host Dimitris is an exceptional host who is super friendly, guides you well and helps you throughout your stay for any questions/ concerns you have. They also offer free luggage pickup/drop to the parking which is a must as the inner streets in Oia are it accessible with vehicles.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anemi Villa in Oia! The accommodation was stunning, with spacious rooms, a heated pool, and breathtaking views. The villa was well-maintained — everything worked perfectly, and it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: peaceful yet close to everything Oia has to offer. Our luggage was taken to the villa upon arrival and to the taxi at departure, which made everything so easy. Dimitris was incredibly helpful, assisting us with renting a car and organizing our drop-off at the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Oia. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Oia, Santorini was absolutely unforgettable! The place was unbelievable — with breathtaking, unreal views that you could never get tired of. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable, making it so easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and a special mention has to go to Dimitris, our host — he was amazing! So kind, welcoming, and always ready with helpful advice and recommendations. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Oia!

Dimitris was a great host. He had food and beverages prepared on the day I arrived. He made me feel very welcomed and was always there to help if I wanted to organize acitivities. Location is convenient especially with Dimitris making all arrangement to get there. The place provided picturesque views of the Aegean Sea and Thirassia right from the bedroom. We drank our morning coffee and evening champagne from the porch to enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets. Dimitris provided us a 7* welcome with generous hospitality and helped us plan our stay and activities in and around Santorini. The cave house with modern amenities made our dream vacation come true. Was a relaxing stay. Will certainly visit again.

Nothing beats this location! Direct sunset view !!! And just a few steps down from the main walkway- balcony was private and just perfect to watch the famous Oia sunset! Porter service provided for our luggages on check in and out! Best of all- very welcoming Host! JUST PERFECTION!

Nothing we didn’t like

We arrived not expecting to have the private veranda that has such an amazing view of the sea and surrounding area of the village and which couldn’t have been more perfect for watching the beautiful sunset. Dimitris was so helpful, arranging transfer from the airport and luggage was carried to our studio apartment which we were very grateful for as we arrived in the heat of the day. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a short stay in oia.
