The bed was slightly too hard for me but bearable. A couple of extra towels and pillows would have been good.

charming and attractive hotel in a lovely location. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We were upgraded to neighbouring balcony rooms which was much appreciated. . Korres bath products were a real treat. Our friends had a problem with their water heater which was quickly attended to by the staff. Decent breakfast.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and we love the traditional style of it. The rooms are really lovely and very well equipped with everything you would need. Rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and very stylish and comfortable and all with beautiful terraces or balconies leading from them with lovely outdoor seating and not the usual plastic chairs that are regularly a feature of most hotel balconies. The finish and quality is of a very high standard and they seemed to have thought of everything including robes and slippers as well as a shoe horn. There were also sun hats hanging in the hallways in case they were needed . The staff were very friendly. It’s a really classy hotel and I would highly recommend staying there when visiting the island. I will certainly be back hopefully in the not too distant future. We liked everything.

Beautiful building on a main street.Quiet location but close to the harbour. Cobbled Street but no steps.Good room facilities,tea and coffee.Bottled water(large bottle) provided daily.Efficient room fridge.Nice bathroom products.Very clean room.

I requested a bath but this may not have been possible. The hotel is a small one so the satisfactory breakfast offering did not match up to larger establishments. The lady who oversaw the breakfast should learn to smile more - it took three days to get our first smile and when it came it was charming! She was efficient and amenable to special requests.

Room charming with neat and fresh paintwork and soft furnishings, good bathroom and effective hot water system (when we remembered to turn it on after a day out!). Tea and coffee-making facilities were satisfactory. Balcony good with good furniture, views are characterful but would have appreciated more distant and even sea-views.

The room was really nice, tastefully decorated with a bathroom to match. The breakfast was good and offered tea that was not Lipton The host was really helpful, even offered to forward a forgotten charger to our next hotel. The location in hydra is ideal being just a little way from the seafront. There are no steps to reach it from the ferry dock. We will stay here again

Nothing to say really. I would only keep the decorations a bit more simple, but that's purely my taste and I'm sure others love it.

The Hotel is excellent, the location is very easy to reach from the port. I have been in Hydr in the summer before but this time we went in March just before the season started. it was even a better experience to see the day to day life of the locals without too much interference from the tourists.

Easy walk without steps but Andreas easily arranged for a Porter to meet us at the dock. Andreas and other staff were always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was situated in such a way that it made us feel part of a village. I would get a terrace room As then you have a great outdoor space with of view of the hills and peak view of port. Loved to hear donkeys walking by. Breakfast was fantastic. When we were there if you had not paid ahead it was well worth the 10 Euros. We stayed 2 weeks and loved every minute. The first day we arrived I took such a restful nap on the lounge chair on the deck. Hope to return! And the bed was Great.

Everything was perfect. I recommend you arrange for the concierge to bring your bags up to the hotel by wheel barrel, particularly if you have heavy bags. It is about a 10 minute walk from the port. The accommodations and service were all great. A great place to stay in Hydra!
