The only downsides were that the mosquitos were quite bothersome and the wi-fi signal was not sufficiently strong.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a great location, very quiet and cosy, with a lovely garden that our kids really enjoyed. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We would happily recommend this property to other travellers.

We were met by the owners Father who showed us to the apartment, ensured we had everything we needed and showed us how the A/C worked. He gave us the keys. We were on our honeymoon. Eirini the host and her family were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for taverna and local hiking routes too. The location was close to the town, but far enough away to feel like you were in paradise. The olive grove and beautiful gardens gave a peaceful vibe ms it was wonderful to be able to relax in the hammocks in the evening or to relax in the shade of the olive branches. We loved Syvota and Annetta studio and will return.

A truly awesome experience. Our first night after a long drive was super tranquil. Waking up away from the busy town with the birds singing. Very private setting amongst the olive grove. Eirini and Simos are extremely welcoming, and wants you to be comfortable by all means. Did I mention a tiny bottle of tsipouro as a welcome? Highly appreciated, and highly recommended. Thank you!

The position of the studios is perfect – 2 min walk from the port where are most of the restaurants and cafes; 5-10 min walk from the shops and bakeries; 10 min walk from the nearest beach. The studios are close to everything and in the same time it is very quiet and calm. We booked an apartment – it was very clean and comfortable. In front of the studios there is a nice garden with olive trees and beautiful flowers, very good maintained. There are hammocks that can be used by the guests The most amazing thing were the hosts – very friendly and helpful. Irini, the daughter, is a real treasure. She welcomed us and explained everything, recommended us some good restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, our car broke down, Irini immediately called her mechanic and arranged for the car to be fixed. She even came to the beach in Igoumenitsa with her own car to take us and drove us with to the repair shop.

Cosy, calming place in center location in Sivota, but away from noise, in beautiful garden. Irini is a warm, caring person and takes care that you get all that you need. House has everything for a short stay, bathroom is clean, bed extra comfy, smells fresh and well maintaned; you even have a stovetop to cook outside, if you want to. We would love to come and visit you again!

Irini and her family went extra mile in making sure we are looked after well. Irini even offered to pick us up at Igoumenitsa Port and her father was kind enough to give us a lift back to the port. We stayed here for 6 nights. Clean sheets and towels. Air conditioner working properly. The garden was well maintained. Close to the town / Sivota port and beaches, too. Highly recommended. 💯

The apartment that we booked through Booking has exceeded our expectations. It has a one bedroom flat with spacious living/dining area, normal kitchen and spacious bathroom. The apartment was on the first floor and it had two balconies with a nice view. Daily housekeeping was available and the apartment was really clean. The owners of the property were really friendly and hospitable. There is plenty of parking space available at the premises, a large garden and a small playground. The property is about 5 minutes walk from the Sivota Marina where there is a variety of restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend and we hope to visit it again.

Everything was perfect especially Irini assisted us with all issues. She was like our tour operator. She recommended we go to the best locations.(beaches, restaurants etc.) If guests listen to Irinis suggestions, I believe that they can leave so satisfied. Thank you for their kind hospitality. Hope we can come with our close friends in the future again. Syvota has a few perfect beaches. Additionally there was a gorgeous bakery in Syvota named Tsoumanis.

Maybe a few more plates could be put in the kitchen, but I really needed to think, to find something to write here. :)

First of all: Irini and her family. Our hosts were so amazingly kind, that it made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Smiling, helping, positive, nice, what else could I say? Thank you Irini, for all the kindness you gave us during our holidays! The garden was absolutely wonderful, just like on the pictures. We could see that a lot of work and love was put in that garden. Although we were in a quiet garden, the restaurants, the port, the bars and shops were at 200-300 meters, which was very comfortable. The closest beach, Gallikos Molos was at 10 minutes by feet, but the wonderful Bella Vraka was not much further, we walked 15 minutes to get there. A lot of other nice beaches were easily accessible by car.

Given that we were guests from hell (constantly spoiling and asking for something), I can honestly say that you will not find better hosts. Always smiling and kind, patient, just wonderful and warm people. And that alone is enough for the highest grade. Accommodation and location are equally excellent. In the shade, out of the city bustle, yet close to the center and all events, and only 10 minutes' walk from the city beach. Really all the praise, especially to the our hosts.

Everything was great.

This was our second visit at syvota and it did not disappoint. Mr. Simos and his daughter Irene were excellent hosts and they have given us great tips for the area. The place is exactly what you see in the photos. Nice spacious garden (if you have kids they'll probably love it as well) and comfortable rooms. It is literally 2-3 minute walk to the village (but it is really quiet) and 10-15 minutes to most of the beaches by car. I would definitely recommend it for your visit there.
