The apartment was in a great location just a short metro ride away away from the main touristy area. The area near the apartment had lovely little cafes and restaurants and it was also closer to the port than being central so you can visit the islands easily. The apartment was lovely, clean, good air con and great balcony - the photos don’t do it justice! The host was easily contacted and let us know about a local farmers market :)

It can be quite inconvenient if you are traveling by bus. Not the property’s fault, but the bus 40 especially has such unexpected delays

The owner took time to look into all the details. The deco was very elegant and owner has an artistic touch to the place.

The bathroom and the kitchen are on the smaller side, but they have all you might need and we considered them to not be an inconvenience at all.

The apartment is in a good location, there are no loud neighbours, the streets are silent during the night and it feels safe even during the night. The public transport is near: there is a bus station right as you exit the apartment block and the metro is at a 10 minute walk away. The location is great if you want to visit both the city center and the beaches, being 30 minutes away from both if you use public transport. If you rent a car, you can arrive even faster. There are many bakeries around for a quick breakfast and coffee. Also, there are tavernas close by that make great local food: from the seafood to the gyros and greek salad, we recommend it all. The apartment is very clean, has all the facilities you need (wi-fi, washing machine, hair dryer, oven, tv with netflix, balcony with dryer) and the air conditioning quickly cools down the entire apartment. We also thought that it looks even better than the pictures and the bed was comfortable, if slightly soft, but it did not bother us. The host was kind and provided us with all the necessary information. Also, the host didn't have any extra rules aside from not smoking inside and did not intervene in our stay besides making sure we arrived safely. Everything was great, and we had an amazing vacation.

Very clean, very good equipped cozy little home ;-) Location is great, safe and quite. Bus stop of bus number 040 is very close - 100 meters and you can reach other connections to any important places in Athens. Balcony is good place for breakfast or relax after whole day trip in hot weather in Athens. Flat is small, so don't expect accommodation for 5 people. We were two and it was absolutely enough space. .

Everything was great!

The apartment had everything we needed, it was really complete, organized and clean. The washing machine was a great help and the location was great: close to bus stops and local restaurants, which I highly recommend for being cheaper than the ones close to tourist attractions and you get to see more of the locals routine. There is also an elevator, that made moving around with luggage easier.

The internet is slow and disconnecting all the time. This is the problem of the local telecom monopoly Cosmote. If you need a decent internet, stay out of Greece.

Highly recommended! The apartment was sparklingly clean and every detail in the tiny cozy place was well thought of and designed. The house and the neighbourhood were quiet despite central location. Moreover, the owner was kind enough to allow us early check-in. Thank you so much!

The apartment is ideal for two people. There are a lot of shops and supermarkets in walking distance and the city of Athens is just 15 Minutes away by bus. I found great that the owner has almost everything available in the apartment like coffee, tea, bottle water and we really appreciated all the amenities. I would definitely recommend it

The hosts provided very clear instructions regarding the key collection. The apartment was the perfect place for our 5 day stay in Athens. Each room was spotless and well appointed, and even included a first aid kit. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. Around the corner is the bus stop and you can be in town in 20 minutes, and nearby are a number of mini markets and a Lidl for groceries. One of the best things are the double- glazed windows for a good night’s sleep.

Apartment exceeded our expectation! It had more than what we could think of! Oksana's attention to details was very flattering! We asked if they had a smoothie maker , and they bought it for our stay!

Everything about this place is perfect. Good sized apartment with all the things you need. Super comfortable bed with a nice smart tv. Washing machine, sizable shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even spices! Balcony is large and AC works perfectly. Theres even an extra fan for more airflow. Quiet neighbourhood, the check in was easy and good communication from the Host. Enough pillows for chilling in the bed comfortably. Theres a convienence store right around the corner. This place is a 10/10 in my book.

Even though the doors, windows are well-insulated, the street noise can be quite disturbing, but this is not the owner's fault Athens is like this. :)

Spotless, lovely apartman with everything you need for. Local people lives there thus you can find super bakeries closeby. The balcony is a big plus.
