We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaA beautiful hotel in a remote beach area. Perfect for those looking to unwind and love the sun and sea. Gorgeous pathways from the hotel that lead to many little beaches and bays to swim. There a little taverns and mini markets scattered around the area, however the hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food with great offerings. I really enjoyed our daily breakfast we were spoilt for choice, especially loved the home grown figs. The town center is a 10 minute taxi drive or you can catch the bus. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My advice if wanting to visit the villages or other towns book a day or two ahead with reception as the island is remote taxis can be limited when it’s peak season. Overall I would stay again at this Beautiful hotel.

ChinaAbsolutely loved this hotel and will stay again. Its very peaceful, has a beautiful view, and the food was incredible. Many delicious meals with such accommodating and friendly staff. It was also a very short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

New ZealandThe beds - typical for Greece - usually 2 singles and, literally, rock hard. Better to pay more for room with a double for a long stay. Lots of steep stairs to rooms to consider.

SwitzerlandThe bathroom was not clean – the shower curtain was dirty, the shower head sprayed water in all directions, and its holder was broken and wouldn’t stay in place. The drain was clogged, making it very unpleasant to use. The hairdryer had been ripped off the wall and looked unsafe to use. I reported these issues to the reception, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve them during my stay. Additionally, I found the staff to be quite unwelcoming, especially compared to the other places I visited during my trip to Greece.

United KingdomWhen we checked in the room had not been cleaned, the toilet bin was full, the towels here and there the sheets were dirty. We asked them to clean it. We made the mistake of forgetting a pair of shorts and a leather belt in the hotel. When we called the next day that we had checked out, to ask them to go back there to collect them, they told us the cleaner had taken it as she thought "we didn't need them" and our stuff was no longer at the hotel so we couldn't go there to pick them up. We asked them to have it returned/posted in our place as we were soon leaving the island and they told us they will contact the cleaner and finally agreed to have them posted the next day. Every day for five days we were calling them to see if they had posted our stuff and each day they came up with a different excuse. On the sixth day, when we decided to call them every hour to check the status of our items, they finally sent it and we collected them the next day after almost a week. Plot twist: they did send the shorts but they returned a totally different belt, another colour, dirty and old, and apparently kept ours. They never responded to any of our complaints or apologised! We have never encountered such unprofessional behaviour and such an unacceptable "finders keepers" attitude. Unbelievable! Avoid this hotel at all costs.
