Amazing facilities, we were upgraded to a phenomenal room as it was a day after our wedding out in Rhodes so we treat it as a little honeymoon. The room, the staff, the food and facilities were outstanding and we were made to feel so special! We are definitely planning to come back again soon.

I was surprised they didn’t have bad service to your sunbeds at the pool

really nice hotel with a bit more attention it could be great when we arrived we had paid for a shared pool room and I was very disappointed to see the room we had been given. it wasn’t at all like the ones on booking.com and although we had a shared pool we were looking onto a brick wall. however a quick conversation with the manager and he was outstanding, apologised and upgraded us to amazing room with our own private pool and even took all our bags. fantastic service and the new room blew us away, it was one of the nicest rooms I’ve even seen. the hotel is immaculate, the grounds are some of the best I have seen and the beach whilst pebbly is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. breakfast was brilliant and the al a carte restaurants were ok. I’d recommend going into lindos which is only 10 euro for you evening meal as there are some incredible restaurants for a great price it is an extremely quiet and relaxing hotel so if that’s what you are looking for it’s great

The towels for the pool and beach could be a bit thicker and more luxurious but that would literally be the only thing to mention. Everything is absolutely superb and couldn't fault anything - stunning and pure luxury - the pictures don't do it justice !

There is nothing not to like! Absolutely wonderful and want to return as soon as possible!

I didnt like that I have to go back:-)!

This place is just paradice in the tropical bautifully manicured garden! I keep coming back in here every year as its so special place. Comfortable, fabulous decor, very clean, great good but above all is the service! Starting from the luggage guys throught reception, guest relations, beach bar, restaurants. These people really walk this extra mile to provide just excellent service, warm and welcomed hospitality. One really feels like home. Will be back doon again!

The staff is friendly but doesn’t speak very little English and it was hard to communicate with them. Breakfast was very good, large selection of food. Dinner on the other hand was disappointing.

The Fitnest club needs to be improve to small and not much space to do stretch or other types of workouts. Running machine old and not a large selection of dumbbells

Long pants for dinner - come back to reality, people are coming for summer holiday. Short pants and shirt is often more elegant than jeans, snickers and T shirt ... That's the reason I took dinner mostly in the city. Also, such a big space for Asian food restaurant ??? Why not Greek food ? Most of time empty.

I didn’t like having to drink my tea, coffee and water out of paper cups. A property of this standard should provide China cups and glasses. The pools were so cold that I never saw anyone swimming in them.

I loved the quiet location in a beautiful bay with a rocky backdrop. The gardens and plants were beautiful.

Beautiful location and there are plenty of pools, loungers and beach space for everyone. Staff are amazing and whilst expensive I can thoroughly recommend.
