You need to rent a car if you want to go anywhere on your own schedule. It is not walkable to any beaches or any towns and no buses run near.

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great balconies too. We loved our 4 day stay!

The location is a bit far of anything, it is absolutely necessary to have a car to go to the beaches, to the restaurants, anywhere. The bar closes at 11 pm, so you need to buy water, beer or anything you need on your way to the hotel, or to make a short drive to Naoussa.

The hotel is very nice, the pool is large, the room has a good size, very clean, the stuff is great. It was an excellent stay!

This is an amazing place to stay! All the amenities, super clean, quiet, very friendly and attentive staff! The pool is awesome and a very relaxing option to supplement or replace a day of exploring this great island! Poolside bar with snacks is great. The property is beautiful, quite colorful and inviting. Beyond the wonderful facility, the proprietors went above and beyond with arranging for laundry service and helping me get a flat tire on my car repaired in very short time. The location is on the island's ring road, making it easy to get anywhere on the island within 40 minutes or less. After the first 3 nights I added 4 more as we enjoyed this place so much!

    1) Extra charge, if you want to drink other kind of coffee which not included to breakfast buffet 2) also there shouldn't be extra charges to take the breakfast in the room 3) No hotel's transportation from and to airport. It was very difficult to find taxi at the airport in high season

    1) very polite staff 2) Very good location

The internet connection is rather poor and would frequently fail. However this is problem with the internet services on the island. Mobile internet is no better. I found that my bathroom, in particular, could do with better cleaning overall, and the bathtub may have had a leak. And water would bubble up from the drain when draining the tub. A minor nuisance compared to the otherwise excellent state of the facilities.

The staff are absolutely amazing at this property. They are very helpful and can give a lot of advice regarding the island, such as beaches, towns to visit and so on. There is a free transfer service to the neighboring town of Naousa (a gem on the island), as well as a transfer service to the port and airport for a small charge. Definitely useful when the overburdened taxis are unavailable. This place is incredibly family friendly, it includes many facilities to keep young children busy while the parents can enjoy a drink at the bar. For those who do not want to go out to eat the location also has a restaurant and breakfast is served free of charge to all residents. The hotel is located on a main road, that is also a little bit busy, however away from any main towns (Naousa is a 5 minute drive away). However if you have a car, its location means that most places on the island are very accessible and therefore great for those travellers who like to travel and discover the island.

The location is not the best one, and there's no way to get there from the Port other than by taxi (around 25 euros one way) The wifi is really poor. You have to pay for the activities such as the billiards.

The first night we stayed, the room was cute and comfortable. The second night, our room wasn't available (I booked last minute--my fault), so I was moved to one of their "superior" rooms--Queen size bed with sofa couch and jacuzzi in room. First off, nobody wants to be in a tub when it is hotter than fish grease outside. There is nothing superior about the room other than there is an actual bed frame on the bed. Here is where my big problem was: we got to the room for the night and our room was boiling--I thought I had accidentally left the heater on. It was blowing hot air! I found the remote control and saw it was on 18 degrees? I should have been freezing. I played around with the settings and nothing worked. I called and they said there was nobody at that time to see what was wrong. I tried googling to troubleshoot the air conditioner, but the wifi never worked! I went by the front office and they gave me a device for the wifi, which worked, and then brought me a fan. They had the brother of the owner come by and he said "you're right. It's like an oven in here!" He realized they were out of freon and told me they couldn't do anything about it and that these things happen. Um. I'm sorry. You can't do anything about it? How about moving me rooms? My friend had to sleep on the balcony because it was way too hot in the room. So, basically, we paid 90€ to sleep outside, which could have been done for free! I'm not even a picky traveler, but the fact that a shrug and "these things happen" is your answer is not OK. You should never let that be the quality of service you are remembered by.

The breakfast was good, the grounds were nice, the staff was kind. The pool was also nice, with a small wall where the kids can be on one side.

internet connection was extremely slow in the rooms, and in the rest of the proprty it was slightly better. There was no fresh orange juice, which was pity.

The property is very beautiful, rooms are spaceshous, and staff is very helpfull, in particular, Roula at the reception. Very good location nearby Naossa( by car) and many beaches. Food was good with taesty tomaties, feta, watermelon and other fruits, i particularly appreciate.

The bed was a bit umcomfortable but most beds in Greek hotels are.

The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a nice talk and beverage while they explained the location, facilities and possible trips off the resort I could take. The wait staff was also friendly and interested in making a personal connection and sharing food culture with me. When I missed my bus, the owners personally drove me to the bus station. Excellent service!!!
