Breakfast, bed was itchy, staff weren’t updated about the public transportation situation and said my only option of getting to the airport would be booking an expensive van

The actual street where the hotel is located is not great, but it was easy to get to on foot or via taxi. The beds are not as comfortable as I would like, but this is really nitpicking and not a big issue.

The staff were absolute superstars. They were willing and able to assist with all requests and this with a smile as well. The view of the Acropolis from the room was fantastic. The included breakfast had a large variety of items of which the quality was exceptional. The bathroom had a big shower, which was welcomed after a long day. The airconditioning worked flawlessly and is a definite must-have.

The Breakfast is fabulous in this hotel. I have been to 4* & 5*s but this hotel breakfast is exceptional. During the Breakfast Ms Angela visits everyone on the table and not only ticks the room number but also chats with them. She provides the information regarding near attractions, restaurants etc. She does this daily & makes sure everyone is happy. Very good location to walk from the hotels to all the attractions, national parks, national gallery, parliament squire, & Metro Stations etc. It is good price for money, clean and excellent breakfast.

The room was clean, we had everything we needed. Stuff is helpful and kind. The breakfast also is great, there are a lot of things to choose. The location is very close to the centre and very comfortable to go by foot to see the Acropolis and National Garden . Rooftop view is amazing👍

The staff was not helpful and did not help us with the luggage. I did not like the breakfast that much.

The location of the property is really good as it is centrally located and near to the metro station. They have a luggage storage room in case you need it.

NO WATER HEATER IN THE ROOMS BUT OFFERED AT THE RECEPTION BAR... ELEVATORS ARE TOO SMALL AND SLOW...

PERFECT LOCATION, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PEOPLE TRAVELS WITH OWN CAR SINCE THERE IS A PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE (10 € PER DAY) IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL... EXCELLENT FRESH AND HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET OFFERS WORLDWIDE TASTES... ROOF TERRACE IS SO NICE.

Good Breakfast with selection. Staffs were nice and helpful. Location is good and walking down the streets there were lots of restaurants and shops.

There is nothing to fault

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Angela in particular is incredibly helpful with giving tips on things to do with your day. Breakfast is tasty, not a huge choice but more than enough.

Small lifts, difficult to fit more than two people per lift. Hence why they have two.

Simple and cheap hotel in a good area of Athens. Warmly welcomed and room was clean with spectacular views of the Acropolis

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to monastraki square and the most popular restaurants&bars. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful :)
