The apartment was on the second floor, but it was actually on the third floor, since it was the ground floor plus 2 levels up. No elevator and narrow stairs. If you have big luggages, this is a disadvantage. On the stairs there were only lights with sensors and the second floor sensors did not work properly. 8 out of 10 times I had to use my mobile light to be able to go to the first floor. The frustrating part is that you only get one set of keys. You have to use the card to enter the apartment and the key for the front door (entry and Εxit)If you are not solo this is a problem, because every time i had to go out without my daughter, i had to leave her locked up in the room or she had to get down from the 3rd floor to the ground floor to let me out and then she had to get down again to let me in to the building. I am not sure if this causes safety issues. Most of the times one of us stayed locked inside in order to avoid going down and up the stairs.

The apartment is the perfect location if you want to brows through Monastiraki, Psiri and Plaka. Even the Acropolis is only a 15 minute walk away. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Definitely will come to stay again!

It was a little hard to go up and down the spiral stairs with a suitcase.

We stayed in this room for five days. It was a great location to close to Athens Cathedral and could be walked to Sintagma Square and Plaka District. The accommodation had a great sense of interior design and a place that makes space use efficient, so I stayed comfortable. Agris can communicate at any time.

Property is in the best area, next to the main street shopping area (Ermou Street), a lot of restaurant, very close to Acropole, just a few minute (5-6 minute) of walking from Syntagma! It’s quiet during the night!

The stairs to the room is quite difficult to climb, especially mine was in level 2, however this is clearly mentioned in the room description while booking, so I was expecting that, but it requires noting it while booking as it can be tricky for some. I had an electricity and wifi outage the departure day but the host acted promptly to solve it. Thanks for that.

The location is great and a clean room. The host helped me accessing the room earlier than the normal check in time as my arrival time was quite early in the morning.

The room was on the second floor and there was no lift. Also there was no space to leave luggage before or after check-in. On the day of check out I asked a question to the administrator concerning where to leave the keys and card but never got an answer.
