Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandWe had a very spacious room but bathroom was on the small side. The property is located at the main coastal road and even though it is not very busy, with open windows you have to take into consideration the noise of a few trucks or fast motors passing by at night.
Atlantis Rooms is located in the charming village of Agios Konstantinos. It is close to a number of beautiful beaches and destinations, but not suffering from large numbers of people or noise. The property and our room were spotless clean, comfortable and peaceful; it was wonderful to stay there for a few days and enjoy full relaxation. Breakfast was great, the owners were very hospitable and attentive and the garden was just wonderful. This property offers the luxury of cleanliness, care, closeness to and respect for nature and eye for detail. Some features are basic but other plus sides make up for them fully. Make sure to try the homemade jams and bread!

TurkeyOur room didn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't necessary; it was perfectly cool and airy when you opened the window. However, it would have been nice to have mosquito nets on the windows. The hotel entrance is accessed by stairs, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be challenging for families with babies or people with disabilities.
Thanks to Josefa and Lily.... Everything was wonderful but therir lovely energy makes everything better. The breakfast buffet, with a variety of options, was sufficient for everyone. The hotel garden was quiet, beautiful, and comfortable. The rooms were a good size. The hotel is very close to the city center. There's plenty of parking on the beachfront, just down the street from the hotel. There are also one or two very good restaurants within walking distance.

GreeceFirst you arrive in their big beautiful garden... I love it . The rooms are not big , but comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Loved the details. From the balcony I could see the mountain, garden and the sea!!! Breakfast was very good. Home made bread, marmalade and a big variety of food. You could sit outside in their beautiful garden.. The owners were very nice and did everything to make us comfortable...

TurkeyThe furniture was very old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom, shower, and toilet were neither convenient nor hygienic enough. When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel—only a note saying “I will come.” The manager showed up 40 minutes later and told us the room was not ready. The room was not delivered on time and was not prepared as it should have been. Every day, I left the window open to air out the room, but when I came back, the staff had closed it again. On the balcony, there was a small meaningless vase placed on the table, which fell on the floor. I didn’t notice it and accidentally stepped on it, cutting my foot. The curtain’s metal rod also fell on my head. Overall, I don’t think this property deserves the price it charges, and I do not recommend it.

United Arab EmiratesRooms were clean but not comfortable - no AC, showers old and small. Balcony door got locked, curtain holder fell down etc so I think rooms need an uplift. Breakfast was very limited. There are 20-25 steep stairs to get to the lobby and the rooms. Wifi was not good in all the rooms.
The best part of the Atlantis Rooms was the nice and friendly owner. Location is a bit challenging as it is not walking distance from the central areas like Kokkari or Karliovasi however the village is very calm, quiet and charming. No markets etc around though.
