Dear Guest, We are honestly surprised by your comments, as they do not reflect reality or the experience of hundreds of satisfied guests who stay with us every year. All rooms were completely renovated just one year ago, so to describe them as “old and dated” is simply not accurate. The bohemian minimal décor is part of our hotel’s concept, and the art prints are intentionally styled – not “missing” as you suggested. The shower is also brand new, built with microcement, a very modern and premium material that perhaps you mistook for concrete, but in fact it is one of the most stylish design choices today. Regarding breakfast, the claim that there are “only 2 tables inside” is also false. We offer several indoor tables with air conditioning, and the main seating area is outdoors under sunshades by design – because the majority of guests prefer to enjoy breakfast with a sea view, especially in Greece. We respect every opinion, but reviews should be fair and based on facts. We have over 700 positive reviews praising exactly the things you criticized, which speaks for itself. However, we’re truly sorry to hear that your experience was affected by noise, especially since you had requested a quiet room. Please know that we always do our best to accommodate such requests, but due to our central location—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and entertainment—some occasional external noise may be unavoidable, especially in peak season. Regarding the umbrella, you’re absolutely right — not all plunge pool rooms are equipped with one by default. We’re already in the process of adding more umbrellas upon request, and we would have gladly provided one had we known during your stay. Thank you again for your comments.
