We did not like Italian ground floor restaurant which felt like an underground car park! The pool bar was much better. We also did not like that there was no out door area to take breakfast although you could have room service and take breakfast on your balcony. We also did not like the absence of a decent beach. The area outside the hotel was unattractive and the beach worse! This is a hotel where you would probably not venture out which is what we would miss if we stayed longer.

The staff were amazing. The service was first rate they even providing us with a special cake and bottle of sparkling wine for a celebration. The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The food in the top floor alacarte restaurant was excellent.

Can’t think of anything!

Everything! We upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was amazing. Staff and service were friendly and first rate. Food was excellent, especially since they changed the dinner buffet food each night. Views were spectacular. Pools were gorgeous. All was spotless and shining. Location was perfect. Easy to get cabs. We would definitely go back…tomorrow!

We found it to be a bit noisy on the 3rd floor in the morning with the cleaners and we could hear the music from the other hotel at night.

We chose the all-inclusive package as we have a 2 year old so felt it would be a lot easier. The hotel was in a good location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi journey into Rhodes. The swimming pool was very big. The restaurants were superb- we went to the Japenese restaurant twice and the greek restaurant one night. The buffet breakfast was good and we liked the a la carte menu. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - they gave lots of attention to our daughter.

The buffet dinner could have been more tasty. Breakfast was fine and the pool bar restaurant was great.

All of the staff were SO nice and helpful! The welcome drink, free dinner, wine in our room as well as goodbye gifts were so nice.

If looking for a 5 star hotel in Rhodes you just got to book Atrium platinum. Such a classy elegant hotel. Rooms so spacious. Food delicious. Staff so friendly from reception, managers, chef, waiters and bell boys. Will definitely come again and recommend to all

we had a few issues with dietary requirements not being adhered too by certain staff despite being informed by the main reception. however, this was accidental and the hotel staff went over and beyond to compensation for the error. they genuinely couldn’t have done anymore to make up for it. really happy with the stay and would return.

The hotel was fabulous! Stunning design, spotless, exceptional staff (and I can be very critical!). Our trip was wonderful and the hotel was honestly the best part. The spa, the massages, the pools, the service, the lobby, the food, the bar and the nightly entertainment.

The outdoor pool isn't heated

Outstanding service! They made it very easy to travel with our 6 month old baby. Great amenities, food and overall experience. Would definitely recommend to couples and families, we'll be back!

we love beach hotels but the beaches in this area do not have much sand and is across the road from the hotel.

very nice property, rooms are superb, we had a deluxe with private dipping pool, fantastic view. rooms are very well done, very modern bathrooms, spacious, very comfortable bed, great lighting, exceptional. close to historic center by car 10 minutes. Gourmet dining is worth it for the view, food and service and very reasonable. Dilyana was an exceptional server. Lynette runs an absolutely superb spa, be sure to to check it out and see her. kostas greets you and assist with luggage and seemingly anything else with charm and great insights.

- There are only two elevators to go to restaurant and lobby, every time we took 10-15min to go to breakfast and dinner. - Staffs are kind but when they come to our room, they knocked but every time they came in before we answer. We were in trouble because we were changing clothes.

Excellent place to stay, with few pools, pool bar, close access to the sea. I asked for early check in, and it was provided. Room was really large, super clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff super attentive.

The bathroom would of felt safer with a walk in shower as quite dangerous getting in and out of iit from the bath. Otherwise everything else was great.

The staff were exceptional and delivered excellent customer service. Every staff member greeted you and made you feel special. They went out of their way to relocate our room due to my husband being on crutches.
