There is nothing I didn’t like. The only thing I would say is that the jacuzzis on the top floor could be a little tricky to get into if you are not careful. The walking distance to Fira was a little far. However, buses are available and the neighborhood is lovely, safe and the Caldera views will take your breath away. I would recommend it without any hesitation.

The feeling of this property is wonderful. The breakfast served at your door step is very special. Feels magical when eating breakfast in such lovely peaceful surroundings. Such a thoughtful and helpful host. The special touches of fresh wine at arrival, fresh flowers in your room and the fresh fruit left for us were such lovely gestures and very appreciated. Loved everything!

Phenomenal location on the one of the highest points on Santorini. Beautiful, clean and serene setting. Personal rooftop lounge area and hot tub with a million dollar view of the caldera sunset. Watch the sun set privately from your rooftop perch without the noise and chaos from the “popular” sites such as Oia. Imerovigli is the best area to stay on Santorini. Not crowded, but lovely restaurants, scenery and sunsets. Walk the 25 minute pedestrian path to Fira. Great vistas and restaurants along the way. Can’t say enough about the area and Avista Suites. Lampros, the owner, goes way above and beyond to assist you in every way. A truly genuine and kind human being…and so much fun to talk with! Breakfast selected night before and arrives at your door next morning on beautiful tray with white linens! Comfortable beds, AC works great. Very good water pressure. A slice of heaven!

Everything was fantastic.

The property is beautiful. We loved the hot tub on the roof and the pool out the front door. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The sunsets are fantastic right from the roof of the property. The host met us to help us with our luggage a short walk up the stone path. We would stay again.

Incredible stay with my 2 teenage children, everything about this property & location is awesome, 10/10!! Lampros was so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I spent close to 1 year organising our trip to Greece, looking for suitable accomodation everywhere.......so glad we opted for Avista Suites, it's one of the best places we've ever stayed & will be going back to stay there in 2026!!

Firstly, the owner was fantastic throughout our stay with restaurant recommendations and would do anything for you. It's an amazing suite with a rooftop terrace looking over the caldera where you can see the sunset without being overlooked. The breakfasts were personal and delicious. I would highly recommend it.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff at the drop off area and he took care of our luggage and was surprised that we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. OMG! it was bigger than our apartment in the states. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full size fridge. The best part is the rooftop jacuzzi hot tub with a spectacular breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset which we basked in every night. A small dip pool in the terrace my husband enjoyed, We were treated like royalty, and I'm most impressed with their subtle gesture of thoughtfulness anticipating our needs ahead of time. You get to choose what you want to eat for breakfast from their menu and delivered at a specified time you selected. Hands down best breakfast we've ever had in Greece especially the freshly baked breads. The suites had all the amenities a 5star hotel offer: Quality linens, comfortable king size bed, and toiletries made from Greece. Don't waste your time just pick Avista Suites for the following reasons: Panoramic unobstructed view of sunset and caldera. privacy and top notch personal service and hospitality that will make your stay memorable.

Simply amazing! The only thing to say is stop looking and book to stay here! I spent time researching where to stay, and Avista Suites far exceeded our expectations. The suites are beautifully designed, and the location is amazing, with amazing sunset views. We loved swims in the pool and spa with those views wow! We were made to feel so at home by Lampros and John, with fantastic recommendations for both what to see and the best places to eat fabulous local food and sample the Santorini wines. They went above and beyond and made the end of our stay in Greece incredible. Thank you!!

We were so glad we chose to stay in Imerovigli! Abundant charm without the pretension of Oia. The suite was gorgeous, the linens lush and the bed super comfy. A delicious breakfast served on the patio daily made us feel pampered. The rooftop patio was a divine place to watch the sunset or have a nightcap. Labros (phonetic spelling) was so very welcoming and helpful. His recommendations for dinner and excursions were spot on. Cannot recommend this place enough!

There is nothing not to like here… you will not be disappointed!

This was our second stay at Avista Suites, the first being in 2017. Our experience was as amazing as our first time. The views are incredible as you’re near the highest point in Santortini being in Imerovigli, which also seems more peaceful and relaxing than Oia or Fira. The hospitality provided by Lampros and staff were exceptional. He helped arrange our transfers, dinner reservations, catamaran cruise and private wine tour prior to our arrival. The wine tour Is highly recommended! We were also upgraded to the honeymoon suite upon arrival. This was unexpected but sincerely appreciated!

There really was very little I could suggest to improve. It was a perfect little trip for us.

Upon arrival we were greeted at our Taxi and bags taken in to the suites. We were then given a glass of wine and had a nice converstaion with Lampros where he advised us on the Island and things we should look to do. We were very happy with our room and the amenities, it was also cleaned every day. Breakfast each day had a wide range of options and we were very happy with the food. We were even presented with a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Lampros was also extremely helpful in booking us restaurants and a hire car. Where he had booked the restaurants for us we had excellent tables with wonderful views of the sunset. I am sure this would have been as a result of Lampros requesting such great tables. We also had the assistant who was there for us every day with anything we needed, i.e. water, fruit etc.. He kept the roof top tidy and put candles out each night for us to chill when we got back in. I would strongly recommend going to Imerovigli if you are travelling to Santorini, it was a little quieter than Fira or Oia, which is what we wanted. And I would highly recommend Avista Suites.

Lampros and John were phenomenal hosts. They anticipated our needs and were very friendly, thoughtful and kind. The accommodations were fabulous and the view spectacular. Everything from the welcome drink, advice and suggestions, accommodations and overall service was top notch. The breakfast each morning was delicious. My family and I had a magnificent time and we highly recommend the Avista Suites. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect.

Great support from Lampros and John on activities, transportation, restaurants... Breakfast is unique, very good (fresh orange juice, freddo capuccino, fruit salad ....) while having a breathtaking view of all the island, near the pool. Beds are of high quality. Fresh pool perfect during the day and hot jacuzzi on the roof, perfect for the sunset.
