Room view is next level. Quite room. A/C works great. Breakfast are good, maybe some variety would be great, but still everyone can find what to eat. The staff of the hotel are very helpful. We arrived to the hotel early morning, we were suggested to take a sit in the terrace and have a coffee, however our rooms were prepared earlier than check-in time. Hotel staff gave us beach towels, printed boarding cards for us when we were leaving and prepared food a little earlier so we could have breakfast before leaving to the airport. The rooms and all hotel facilities are very clean.

The balcony hotel was in an amazing location, right on the beach with fantastic views. We were able to watch the sunset every evening. The hotel was run by Dimitri and Elena who are fabulous and really look after the guests like they are family. The food was fab with homemade carrot cake which was divine and nothing was too much effort. Would really recommend this and will definately return to the balcony hotel.

The view from this beautiful hotel is stunning. The very nice Elena and funny Dimitri made sure we had everything we needed and provided any information we asked for and more. You feel comfortable with the staff also. Balcony hotel is at maximum 35 mins drive from all the nicest beaches and other locations for sightseeing.

Where should I start... there are so many positives here. A small and very well maintained hotel, very clean and cosy. No luxuries, but for the price you couldn’t wish for more. And frankly, you don’t need more, because Zakynthos is all about the beaches and the nature. The view from the cliff was the first thing we saw when we arrived at the hotel and it’s magical. You just stay there and think “Well that’s what I came for!” The breakfast was delicious and offered enough variety, but the restaurant was what surprised me the most. Very high class dishes, exceptionally delicious and just the right size of portions. The chocolate sphere dessert became my most favorite thing for life! Definitely worth it. On Zakynthos there is no such thing as a perfect location, because there are beaches worth visiting everywhere around the island. There is a big beach right underneath the hotel, which is the best you can get, but you definitely need a car to be able to visit the other top ones. And last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful from day one till the end. In conclusion, I 100% recommend Balcony Hotel and without doubt would stay there again.

The only things that were not to my liking were that the room is a bit smaller and in the evening it was harder to find a parking space, but I do not regret my choice.

It's the kind of hotel that looks better in real. First of all, the view is gorgeous and will definitely enchant you. Here, you will find the friendliest hosts who will help you with any problem, as an example: we came too early for check-in, so we had to wait until the room was ready, which is why we were invited to breakfast even though we shouldn't have. Another time, we asked which beaches were worth visiting and they lent us a parasol.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. We got more than we expected. The location of the hotel and the atmosphere there were amazing. The owners and people who work there paid attention to all the details, making you feel like at home. Everyone was treated individually, which made this place even more special. Before we left, we found out that we didn't have to pay for breakfast, we got it for free. It was an extremely nice gesture at the end of the stay. Thank you very much! :-) We definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for something special!

Coffee pods for the coffee maker would have been great but as everything else was exceptionally good I'm sure no one would worry about this small point too much

The staff were amazingly helpful the rooms were exceptionally clean , and the view even from the side sea rooms was amazing, I stayed in one of the suites last night and would strongly advise booking one of the suites with jacuzzi bath for the extra touch of luxury

The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. We arrived before check-in time so we had to wait a little and they offered as some coffee and biscuits. It's such a nice touch. They made our honeymoon truly magical.

Absolutely stunning view from the terrace and suite! The location is 10/10 with easy access to Tsilivi and Zakynthos, the private access to the beach made it easy for us to stay without the need of renting a car! Everything is kept extremely clean, both inside and outside on the terrace. The staff are super friendly and kind, and always willing to help out – definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed stay!

Although it’s stated on the site it was a bit disappointing that the executive suite doesn’t face on to the beautiful sunset and basically looks out on to the main road passing the hotel. I think is rather have had a different room to have been able to watch the sunset.
