The room was not very clean, especially the floors were dirty. On the contrary, the staff in the restaurant was sweeping and cleaning around us, even when we haven’t finished eating breakfast.

The beach and the dining room terrace were beautiful.

The ALL Inclusive is a trap. Is a low cost all inclusive. The wine (except white wine), the beer, the juice are very low quality. Its are not drinkable. The quality of food, is like a 3 star hotel, not 5. I saw many tourists that went in the town for buying beer and wine and bring its in hotel. For a 5 star resort is not ok. The hotel have Premium All Inclusive, much expensive, for other quality of drinks. But the same quality of food. At Premium A I you have access to a la carte restaurant. And you can stay at the beach in first line, near to the water.

It s a very large resort with a lot of greenery. The beach is with sand, very few stones in water. The pool is excellent. And the staff at bars and restaurant was very friendly, very helpfull, always smiling. I stayed at bungalow and was ok.

1. On arrival at 2 am we had to find our way to our rooms dragging our luggage and there was no help . 2. Water bottles we’re not given at times 3. There was no kettle facilities in the room . 4. The garden chair was broken and never replace . 5. The sun beds 6 was useless . 6.

Nevertheless there are a few very disappointing things, which made us upset in the beginning. The floor in our bungalow was terribly dirty, our feet were black after 5 minutes without flip flops. Also our crawling baby’s clothes were all immediately dirty. We asked to clean it for a few times, but nothing has changed. It turned out to be a floor paint not the dirt. Another thing is sand on the beach. It is strange, brownish, feels more like dust, also stays on your clothes. Kitchen is okay, but definitely could be more diverse and tasty. The Mini Club is also very basic, there is no playground for kids on the territory. In general I can still recommend this hotel, but maybe for 5-7 days maximum.

Overall we enjoyed our vacation in this hotel. We (2 adults + 2 kids) were living in the bungalow with the sea view, which we liked a lot even though it was quite basic. The terrace is spacious and surrounded by beautiful trees and bushes. The rooms are very simple and a bit old, but there is pretty much everything you need. It’s also being cleaned every day and the bedding being changed every second day. The territory of the hotel is nice and green, looking much more authentic then what you usually expect from this kind of places. The stuff is lovely and polite!
