Very basic room. Had booked a twin room. On arrival the receptionist asked if a double room ok....no it wasnt! So had to wait...I just think they were too lazy to re configure room.. I.e pull beds apart and re make as twin.....which they eventually did. Not a good first impression. What a shame. They have location and premises...but rooms need modernizing and staff some professional training...it could be so much better.

Great location from which to set off on our sailing trip. Probably an upmarket area for Athens next to sea. Trees and leafy residential area.

Facilities are a old and basic (though room had necessary things). Breakfast very basic for 10Eur charge. There is shortage of electrical outlets in the room. Bathroom did not have proper bulkheads to cover up the area when showering, so need to do it carefully not to spill over. Also there was not hook attached to hang the shower, need to hold it all the time. Internet connection is not very stable. Iron could be renewed as well.

Very friendly, hospitable staff. Good size of the room. Well cleaned. Slept well overall, even though room was facing the street and can get noisy sometimes. There was no daily supply of the drinking water to the room (would be nice to arrange it as standard procedure), but when asking at the reception, was always given water for free. About 7-8min walking to Kalamaki beach.

Beds were a little hard and only basics are given in the room. Balcony is super small and has no chairs to shit out there. The glass that separates the balcony’s was smashed and walls are a little thin - neighbours were very loud during the last night.

Located right next to the beach, tram station and bus stop that goes directly to/from the airport. Has a bar and cafe located inside the building. Staff at front desk were lovely!

We arrived at night, found parking and had excellent reception by Alexandra (if I am not mistaken, Greek blonde lady). she was so accommodating with all our needs extremely helpful and friendly! She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. went beyond her way to make us happy! Place was clean and quite, great breakfast and great location for the next day excursion and travel via Piraeus port.

The bathrooms need an update. The toilet actually hadn't been flushed unfortunately so maybe they need to better unspect the rooms after cleaning (?). Also our room said "garden view" and by that it meant we can see the garden and ground floor of the neighboring apartment buildings 😆 regardless might book again if I am in the area.

We needed a quick stay after a night out close by and we booked a room at this hotel. No 1 criterion for us was proximity to event. The hotel is in a residential area, there was parking outside on the street, easy check in/check out and decent breakfast. Staff was very polite as well.

Cigarette smoke was coming into my room via the vents. Also, the Wifi was very poor and kept disconnecting every 5 minutes. I wasn't able to get any work done on my PC.

It was alright, a normal hotel. We only stayed one night. The location is very nice, close to the sea.

This is not the hotels fault but unfortunately there was roadworks right outside the hotel and the road access was closed to it. As we were meeting friends etc/ travelling to the wedding we had to use taxis and had to walk to the main road to use the Beat app/ flag a taxi- it was just a little annoyng.

The hotel manager was brilliant. We were travelling for our friends wedding and unfortunately had to re-arrange the dates twice and they couldnt be more accomodating! Room was clean- but I would have liked my room cleaned/ fresh towels during my stay but it was no big deal!
