Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomDistance from beach-town 15-20 minute walk Staff often appeared a bit indifferent Mixed messages over late checkout - ended up being charged a premium for an extra couple of hours ( hotel was half empty) Bar drinks expensive and small measures for soft drinks in particular Slow wi-fi that often failed
Tranquil location. Lovely gardens and good sized pool. Clean spacious room. Breakfast good with choice

AustraliaThe restaurant was a bit expensive for the quality and amount of food we received.
We were at Caesars Gardens on our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place to celebrate! Our room was amazing, the whole propetry is so gorgeous! We especially loved having our own private pool and the common pool area was fantastic as well. The staff were very accommodating and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in our room too. This was a very special place and we will definitely be back! Also quite a reasonable, easy walk into Lindos!

United KingdomThe walk uphill out of Lindos to the hotel. Good exercise though!
The pool area was perfect. The music choices were great and not too intrusive. The location was quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfy and the blinds meant that we weren’t woken early by the sun. Lunches and dinners were amongst the best food we had in our two weeks in Rhodes. Cocktails and drinks were good too. I was able to borrow a yoga mat every morning.

United KingdomNo complaints at all
Must be the best hotel on Rhodes?! The hotel is stunning. The judgement of decorations perfectly suits the surroundings and makes for a peasful retreat, ideal for any holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. You really can't fault Caesar Gardens. The food is a great micture of traditional Greek as you'd want from a holiday, but also with enough variety to mean you can have a few meals without the need to travel out further. If you do, the sister restaurant Caesar Meze is the first place to go, and Caesar Gardens will take care of everything for you. Exceptional hotel and the staff make it that much better.

United KingdomThey have their own farm -- which is lovely, but early in the morning, there is a fairly vocal cockerel (?). We got used to it fairly quickly and it wasn't a problem. The wall of the bathroom in the bungalow is glass so if you enjoy showering in privacy you might find this an issue. Toilet is private though!
Everything! We had an executive bungalow with our own pool! The room was BEAUTIFUL. The staff were excellent; friendly and nothing was too much trouble -- wonderful welcome. The bed was enormous and ridiculously comfortable -- crisp white sheets. Toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. The turndown service was the best I've experienced. The bar was lovely -- fantastic drinks, seating and perfect for lunch. The resort is very quiet despite -- there were lots of guests but the whole vibes is extremely relaxing. We used to stay at the Lindos Aquagrand and this is MUCH better value and has better service / food.

United KingdomVery hard to pick, I would say drinks and food pricer than elsewhere but it’s to be expected in a 5* hotel

United KingdomThe walk to and from Lindos is further than expected and entirely uphill on the way back. This takes a good 20 minutes and is challenging in the heat. Would have been really helpful if the hotel provided a shuttle/golf buggy. Also, whilst the breakfast restaurant is beautiful, the food was not always replenished if you arrived towards the end of breakfast. Unfortunately the majority of the balcony's are in the shade in the afternoon which meant your evening chill on the balcony didn't catch the evening sun.
This hotel is beautiful! The pool area and ambiance is very tranquil and peaceful. Very relaxing hotel to stay at. The staff are really polite and helpful and the room is spacious, great aircon and very comfy bed. The decor of the hotel is very boho chic and cool! Would recommend for a couples relaxing stay. The room cleaning was immaculate and was lovely to come back after dinner once the turn down service had been completed. The cocktails at the bar and the bar service is great.

United KingdomThe Wi-Fi is very slow, so something the hotel shod consider investing in.
It’s not generic and has personality. It’s picture perfect. The staff make the place special and make you feel special. You are always greeted with a genuine smile and warm welcome. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks were fantastic as well.

United KingdomThe breakfast was not a 5* standard and the choice very poor. Apart from eggs there were no hot food available, no English breakfast options, no pancakes, no crepes. Cold meats and cheese only caters for German guests. You say eco friendly hotel, but charge guests €5 euro for water, so guests have to buy plastic at the local supermarket. Why not charge €5 for the glass bottle and then a small amount to refill the bottle every day!! this would make more sense. Not the hotels fault but night club music from nearby (rock night until 12pm) was ridiculously loud and for this reason, along with the breakfast, we would not stay again.
private pool rooms are excellent and the facilities very good. All members of staff were very helpful and friendly.

United KingdomIt was a shame that due to Covid dinner and seafood Sunday weren't available at the restaurant. They did have bar snacks available though, which were enough for a light dinner if we didn't feel like walking to Lindos.

The hotel was beautiful with great facilities such as a large outdoor hot tub which was wonderful in the evening sun. The cocktails were delicious and they were happy to make anything you asked for. The buffet breakfast was lovely in the mornings sat by the pool with relaxing music.

GermanyUnfortunately the restaurant at the hotel was closed in the evening during our stay, but the hotel assisted with recommendations and bookings. There are some nice restaurants in town which is just a short walk from the hotel.
We booked the Med Suite for our Babymoon and we were so happy with the suite and the hotel. The patio area was so nice to relax in private and it felt actually much bigger than in the description. The breakfast was very delicious, always fresh fruit and the service personnel was extremely welcoming and kind.
