Amazing stay! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and this was everything we expected and more! Highly suggest this location as it is in the center of Santorini and close to Fira, the airport and the ferry port. The views and accommodations were beautiful. Breakfast and staff were exceptional. There was even a bus that would take us for free to the town of Fira every other hour! We felt very safe, comfortable and content. Would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The chef is excellent, had two beautiful meals at the hotel. Hotel very clean and comfortable.

Everything was just perfect. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, exactly same as on the pictures. Staff was so kind and friendly - literally everyone. The hotel is located 3 min drive from Fira (from where you can get anywhere you want by public buses), so it’s away from all the crowds. The hotel provides shuttle car few times a day, which is very convenient.

Didn’t have a bidet. Shuttle service runs at certain times only. Climbing up and down steps might be troublesome for those with mobility issues.

View from all over the hotel was amazing, you will not be disappointed. The view from this hotel is better than most hotels in Fira and Oia. Breakfast was included and a good variety every day. Good dinner menu. Excellent pool facilities. Free shuttle service to and from Fira. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Staff carried our luggage to and from reception/our room. My mum who has back/mobility issues was able to get up and down the steps easily (which aren’t that many as compared to other hotels), though it is not wheelchair friendly.

The view from the room was fabulous. Service in the hotel was excellent as the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was great both from a menu standpoint and location.

The only minor inconvenience was that the hotel is 2km from Fira town, requiring reliance on the hotel shuttle (once per hour) or taxis for transportation if you don't have your own car.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport and offers a stunning ocean view. You can enjoy the famous Santorini sunset right from your room or the poolside, eliminating the need to venture elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all amenities. The staff, including Dora, Dimitris, Alina, Katarina, from reception and Panos from the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Kudos folks !

It’s very close to busy road and our room was not well insulated from the traffic noise. However, we slept very well. Robes would be a very nice addition.

Very nice place. Great staff. Lovely pool with gorgeous view of the Caldera. Excellent breakfast with a wonderful variety in a beautiful glass room right next to the pool and views of the sea. Great coffee and cappuccinos. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Standard room was a good size and had a nice sized bathroom as well.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not heated - so unable to swim during my weekend break. Also, poor wi fi signals in the dining/restaurant room .

The stunning views of the hotel . The friendly staff. Amazing customer service . Good resturant. Good selection at breakfast- continental and a good selection of hot breakfast.

A beautiful hotel with great views. We like the quietness as it is away from main Fira town but just a short drive away. Our room was spacious, with a balcony that allows us to view sunset from the comfort of our room. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and was impressed with the quality of the dishes. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The closing time of the pool at 7:00pm is too early.

The ocean view is fantastic! The breakfast is super. The hotel is clean and nice. All the staff are helpful and warm. Good choice!

The view was amazing. The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was great, the food at the restaurant was also fantastic. We liked the location. It was quiet and easy to get around the island from here.

Pool area extremely boring, no pool service, no background music. Its just the perfect setting to spend the day relaxing and enjoying the view with a drink but i just didn’t want to stay there because there was absolutely nothing to do. No fruit at breakfast apart from bananas.

It’s outside the town of Fira, however the free shuttle bus is handy. A more regular frequency would be good though!

Lovely private hotel compared to others in Santorini that are cramped on top of each other with streets winding through the rooms. Lovely pool area and seating areas for each room.

Our favourite place in the world !! Everything was so incredible !!! Welcomed by Konstantina and Katarina who helped us organise our stay and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect The views are out of this world !! There is nowhere we would rather stay 😊 the views from breakfast our room and pool were amazing. Every staff member from the pool technicians the cleaners and staff were so friendly especially Elisa who kept checking up on us throughout ourur stay remembered our names and made us feel so welcome. Could not recommend Lilium enough, we can’t wait to go back. Don’t waste your time in Oia or anywhere else Lilium has the best views with the best staff.
