Bathroom and the bath curtain was not really clean.Also the pool need more cleaning.The breakfast was poor but ok.

Perfect location if you have a car because everything is close enough but quiet,without the crowd and traffic! Everything was not more than 10 minutes drive only Oia was around 20 minutes driving.All in all a quiet place to rest and make plans for visiting all this beautiful locations of Santorini.Highly recommended!

Bus timetable, too rarely, not reliable and they should work later in the evenings.

Location was perfect, view beautiful. Busses didn’t always follow the timetable and sometimes they were too full to take more people. Easier to rent a car, quad or ATV.

the breakfast rolls, which were dry and defrosted. we missed delicious fresh Greek bread. guests are asked not to hang towels and swimming costumes in the rooms, so a nice little wall mounted drier on the wall outside ,as is usual in Greece, would have been better than draping wet towels and swimming things over the chairs.

the location was perfect, on a quiet road with easy access to the Minoan excavation site, which was the focus of our visit. lovely quiet pool and bar. friendly and helpful staff. comfortable bed.

Staff is great. There was a problem with AC in the room. They moved us right away to an other one. On checkout date our flight back was late in the evening and the staff gave us the opportunity to have a very late checkout at 8PM. for free. Room and pool very clean. lovely patio in each room. Across the road the bar-restaurant offers one of best sunsets views in Santorini. I would suggest the hotel for people with a rented car but bus stop is just in front of the hotel (both directions).

The room was very small and the air conditioner wasn’t too good. There was an issue with the water on the bathtub which was leaking outside of the room. We requested to change the room and they assigned us to a bigger room with a very good view and bathroom.

The place is very clean and the pool and breakfast are very good.

Not Hotels fault but road up to nearby Supermarket/Restaurants does not have a pavement to walk along so at times a bit hazardous due to lots of coaches/buses/lorries when walking along the road. You could not buy bigger bottle of water when you needed more, only small ones. Their sunset restaurant across the road had no atmosphere and was expensive so Walked up or down the road to other ones also expensive but nicer. No pack up breakfast available the night before as we were leaving at 6am for Ferry so missed breakfast on last day.

Pool was brilliant. Not heated but you could swim comfortably after a length of pool the body adjusted and it didn't feel cold. Room nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows Breakfast included in price was lovely. Lots of choice from cooked bacon and eggs, cold meals cereals, fruit and yogurt. Only one free bottle of water per stay.

Location was a big issue, as we didn't have a car. As the resort is in between 2 villages by the main busy road, it's only worth staying here IF you have a car or moped! There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but the bus service on the island is Really bad and unpredictable! We waited over an hour on our first day.. Also there is no pavement at all by the road or lights, so you can't go out in the evening for a walk or to shops to the nearby village. Especially as most people drive like mad men, it is really dangerous. Otherwise we liked the resort. The only small issues with the facilites were the shower - which really needs a refurb, and the Wifi which was quite poor.

Nice place to stay IF you have a car! Helpful staff, good breakfast, lovely pool and beautiful view indeed. Also the restaurant belonging to the resort, just opposite the road has great food and beautiful sunset view. Worth going there.

Its location was quite remote, with no shops nearby, so we were pretty much forced to eat that evening at the restaurant across the road, which belongs to the resort. That was hugely over-priced and not good at all. Also, we should have been told that as guests from the hotel we were entitled to a discount at this place. We weren’t. The restaurant, which was more of an eatery, closed at 10pm! A bit sad, the whole thing.

Comfortable room and super swimming pool. Good breakfast in the morning. Well-functioning air-conditioning and bathroom. Good for one night, as in our case. We were able to leave our bags at reception while we visited the excellent nearby archaeological site, and a local bus picked us up as well as dropped us off afterwards, which was handy.

A bit far from cemtrum and Oia, but bus is right at the gate. The water is still a bit salty but not that big deal. Not so many electric hole on the wall

the property only has salt water, shower, pool, sinks etc which was a little tough, wish there had at least been one fresh water rinse. it is a little away from anything except for the one restaurant. but the place and the value and the staff were great! worth it!

the property was beautiful with great swimming and pool deck facilities. breakfast was great and the room was clean. it had beautiful views and a bus stop right out front which was convenient.

The rooms were generally comfortable, but very basic and run down. Sufficient to have a place to shower and sleep.

Located in a quieter area with access to other villages if you have a car. Great views from the restaurant across the street. Lovely pool and surrounding area. many loungers and other beautiful areas to sit around the resort. Breakfast was excellent. All staff were wonderful, kind and worked very hard.

The sunset restaurant across the road is owned by the same family which is lovely. The prices of the drinks and food are slightly over priced so you pay for the sunset views whilst there. We found lots of other restaurants very competitive and better quality than there. Also need a better choice of drinks and menu. It was ok not wow!

Panos and his staff were exceptionally welcoming to my partner and I. Nothing was no trouble for them. Told us all about what we could do on the island and about the complex. Made our holiday very special. Complex has a gorgeous pretty pool with sea views. Breakfast has a good Greek hot and cold buffet variety to set you up for the day from 8am to 10am. The complex is quiet to sleep and relax with a cool breeze off the sea. Rooms are beautifully cleaned each day and smelt inviting after being out for the day. Rooms are air conditioned with fridge, tv, clean towels each day. Restaurant across the road has the most amazing memorable sunsets each night. Definitely recommend to visit this resort as its value for money on Santorini with the location and facilities it has to offer, typically Greek which is lovely!
