Karla at the front desk is amazing! The staff is the best there. The rooms were really clean and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing! We had a great time everyday at breakfast. The breakfast lady was amazing and made some really yummy homemade authentic food. We loved everything about our stay.

Everything about the facilities was great. One thing that is out of their control is for people with walking issues, you need to go up/down those slippery stairs.

The facilities overlook the caldera. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very nice. The pool is a nice feature.

Everything was perfect! I loved everything from the time the villa sent us porters to help us carry our luggage since cars are not allowed, and they served us lime juice as welcome drinks and were greeted by the staff. The recep has stunning views of Oia walk/sunset and caldera sea. Our room was upgraded with an indoor jacuzzi, and the room was nicely decorated and was clean! The bathroom is clean and big too! The only thing lacking would be dental kits and slippers, but not a problem for us since I brought ours. We had our own private balcony where we had wine everyday and appreciate the views of Caldera and Fira on the left side and Oia sunset on our right. I didn't expect much for breakfast, but surprisingly, we were full every after meal. The lady who served breakfast was very nice and just ask her, she would assist you. There were varieties of bread, eggs, cheese, bacon, ham, desserts, cereals, salad, and fruits. Of course, you can opt for coffee or tea and orange juice! I couldn't ask for more. I just regret that our stay was so short for 3 days only. I was sad to leave the villa. I will definitely book Caldera Premium Villas if I will have the chance!

. Going down the cliff to the bottom most level was a bit hard. Maybe some ropes or other assistance would be helpful. Oh, perhaps some snacks in the lower most room would be helpful. Could start breakfast at 7 AM Also, we had to search which path to take when we were out for watching sunset.

A few cons to consider: 1. Organized Breakfast: While the breakfasts were scrumptious, the level of organization might not suit everyone. You had to specify your room number and select items from the buffet through a staff member, which could feel a bit restrictive. Some guests might prefer a more self-serve approach. 2. Physically Demanding Access: One thing to be aware of is the physical challenge of getting to and from the heart of Oia. The steep, stair-laden journey can be physically demanding, especially when navigating it daily. The stairs leading to the hotel can also be a bit slippery and might pose a safety concern.

It's the perfect spot to witness Santorini's legendary sunsets and savor the island's beauty. 4. Privacy at its Peak: Caldera Premium Villas offered a level of privacy that's hard to match in Oia. Situated on the lower part of the caldera, the tranquility and seclusion were a true luxury. Everything was perfect. Carla from front desk is amazing. Highly mannered, knowledgeable, helpful, passionate about Greece - Santorini - Oia. As solo traveller never felt alone there. Peaceful location of butique hotel allow you to rest and soak in Cyclades’ vibes.

Located in the heart of Oia, walking distance from all main landmarks. However be ready for plenty stairs up and down. Cozy, well maintained and clean Roman itself and common areas. Increasingly sea view and magical sunsets.

Caution -- you do walk a lot of stairs which is easy if you do not have any physical challanges. Cute sandals are a little slippy on the steps if not careful. Comfort is key when walking up and down the steps. I enjoyed the steps to keep fit and wore good foot wear.

Caldera is a great place to stay -- hotel employees were very helpful/informative, joyful and welcomed you with a warm greeting to start the vacation right! Clean rooms and a great breakfast.

The view is phenomenal, crazy pretty, but it is not facing the sunset. Not necessarily a bad thing just something to think about when booking. The view faces into the Caldera rather than being on the other side of the cliff facing the sunset. This obviously isn't the hotels fault just more of an FYI to people bookong

Rooms were spacious, everything was top notch. Beds were ridiculously comfortable and pool/ hot tub facilities were great. Staff were phenomenal and the breakfast was nice as well.
