The breakfast was very nice with a good choice of food. The loacation was absoultely stunning. The pool area was very nice & this was also the breakfast setting - The staff were particularly good working in this area.

I booked 2 junior suites, one for myself & my wife & the other for my sister & her husband. On entering the rooms it was apparent that they gave us 1 junior siute & 1 normal double room with sea view. After commplaining, there was no effort to rectify this as, apparently the hotel was fully booked & no other rooms were available! No effort to offer any kind of compensation! The suite I had, had panoramic veiws of the bay, unfortuanetly, the windows looked as though they had not been cleaned for several months - they were absolutely filthy! Many Ants were found on the bed. There were no blinds in the bathroom & there were several private properties around the hotel with a direct veiws into the bathroom. The curtains in the main bedroom were with several holes as did the immitation leather bed head. When complaining to the reception the answer was - YES WE KNOW - THE MAINTENANCE IS VERY BAD!! The was no way to shower before of after using the pool as the shower was totally corroded & no running water. The furniture was date & rather cheap looking. The manager / head of housekeeping, really need to check their junior staff & ensure the standards of cleaning & detailing meet the criterior for a suite in a 5 star hotel. This is definetly NOT a 5 star hotel as advertised -it is barely 4 star.

After a brief check-in with very kind lady behind the desk, we went to our room with the gentleman who helped us with our bags and explained where the restaurant, pool, and beach access were. The room was nicely tidy, spacious, and everything was clean. When I arrived at the pool, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the pool area looked. Quiet music played from the restaurant/bar, and everyone maintained a soothing calm. I arrived with six girls, so I really appreciated that :) (and I apologize for our occasional noise). The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate everything. Breakfast was tasty, as were the meals and drinks from the menu. Beautiful place!

The only flaw was probably the skinny guy with short hair at the bar/restaurant. You can see that he's not enjoying himself very much.

Fabulous views and lodges between two beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms, although large, were quite old and shabby. 3 maybe 4 star (at a push), but not 5 star. But, the pool and breakfast area were much better quality, and it’s close to the beach.

The bar, pool and breakfast area was excellent. Superb service and very well managed.

The hotel rooms and fabric were very tired and below standard.

It is amazing, very good vibes, remarkably kind and helpful staff.

The room was quite nice, just requiring minor renovation, the furniture is nice but a bit worn out. The plumbing in the toilet needs a bit of attention.

Access to the nearby beaches, from which also boat taxi was available to the city. Very nice pool/bar/rrstaurant area as well as good rooms. Very good overall.

Fantastic location. Short walk to some great beaches plus the pool option. Great breakfast.

Some areas are a little tired and attention to detail on some fixtures not what you’d expect from a 5 star

The property was small, clean and modern

Stairs up to the pool bar meant we had to carry our baby in the pram so It was a two man job. The sinks were also not fully working but someone came to help as soon as I mentioned the issue

No value for our money. Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance of the place and especially of the bathroom. Water not drinkable and they did not provide a bootle of water.

The location was fab near to the town. Near to the beach. 15 mins from the airport.

The location to the beach was great, although getting chairs was a challenge.

The bathrooms could use a renovation, attention to details lacked. Mirrors were dirty, bathroom door was broken and shower handle didn’t work either.

Gorgeous spot overlooking two lovely beaches with Tavernas. Lovely hotel pool and fantastic staff.

The only thing was the beds were rather hard and uncomfortable. Apart from that no complaints.

Leak outside our room, not fixed initially and meant we had to go through a deep puddle to get to our room. Therefore room had dirt/wet brought in. Bed sheet never stayed on!
