Very very basic. Yes you have everything you need, but everything was so minimal that you feel like you're in a hostel, instead of a hotel. We were given a three-bed room although we booked for two. most probably a mistake by booking.com. Almost impossible room size, to accommodate three persons if you are grown up adults.

Room was basic as I expected from other reviews but perfectly acceptable for our needs. Air conditioning worked well and there was a fridge in the room. Bathroom was small but clean and everything worked. Room also had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Most importantly this is a family run hotel and the staff are extremely friendly and hard working providing a level of service that you won't find in larger corporate hotels.

Very old bathroom and furniture, the mattresses are old as well, the whole building needs renovation.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave us good recommendations about the area! The location is perfect, close to the Coco beach and to the port.

Shared pool. In between two buildings. So restricted sunshine at times. The sunbeds are quite crowded and up to the edge of the pool. Inconsiderate other guests - one family with 2 children who consistently dive bombed near the edge or kicked a football from one end to the other, splashing guests - with a mother who seemed to ignore this and chose to constantly look at herself in the reflective glass windows…

The location is great. Just out of the town centre, approx 3 mins walk, 5 mins to Marina.

The worst about this hotel is the room. Although mine was spacious but dated/old the bathroom is extremely small with weird layout and the bed is very uncomfortable. Probably they haven't changed the mattress in decades.

Breakfast was really good (boiled eggs, salami, cheese, bread, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, greek yogurt, watermelon etc), location is excellent, nice pool area. Staff are nice and polite.

Exceeded all expectations for a 2 stars Hotel as it is has the quality and service of a 3 stars. Staff were excellent , very clean facilities, and I would definitely go back if I ever go back to Kos.

The balcony was very small but was ok for two of us to sit on.

Friendly staff who helped with recommendations for local area. Great pool and decent breakfast selection. Slightly outside the main tourist town front so more value for money in very local bars/restaurants.

The breakfast was miserable, the structure and the room should be renewed a bit and the mattresses changed as they are very old.

The position is ok to easily reach the city center and the area is quite to sleep. The staff is friendly, for the average of the price, it´s fine, but just for a few days. It´s very close to the Kos Town beach.

Very old bathroom (waiting for hot water and low pressure), furniture and towels. Odour in the cabinet after moisture. Weak WIFI, and sometimes no internet connectivity. Balcon is tiny, you have to move the table to let others sit opposite from you, I think it is half a meter wide. The entire building is old obviously without recent investment.

A central place with a good pool, and excellent, kind and helpful staff. There is a elevator!
