This beautiful hotel is located in A perfect location at the center of the caldera in Fera (Thira), a walking distance to everywhere. The hotel facilities are outstanding, everything is well thought of and SO clean! But the best thing about Chic Hotel is the amazing staff! Very nice and kind people that made our stay even sweeter, they even made a vegan breakfast for us ❤️ Thank you Chic hotel!

Our room didn't have a balcony and was right next to the front office where everyone walked past. We also had a hot tub in the room, but because it was inside and would make the room too humid/hot, it had to be kept cooler than body temperature so we didn't end up using it. Make sure to ask for a room with a hot tub outside.

The view from the hotel was incredible, so it's more expensive than other places. You can set up a breakfast order every morning (included) and a table on the viewing deck will be set for you at whatever time you want, and you can eat while taking in the view. It's very easy to walk to a number of great restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they will take your bags up/down stairs for you.

Nearest parking lot is small and can be difficult to find parking at times. This is already low season. If peak season probably no parking at all.

Best location at Santorini. Perfect view of Fira and Imerovigili at one spot. Very secluded and away from the public passing by. Breakfast was served at the time you want. Very customized and one that you will remember. Rooms are all in a cave.

Jacuzzi in room caused some heat / humidity issues in the room that were remedied by closing off the sleeping space from the jacuzzi space.

From start to finish our experience was fabulous. The front desk staff were exceptional and so friendly. They made us feel we could ask whatever we needed. Thankyou Fay and Kostos. The cleaning staff and other staff were wonderful also. We loved our stay here.

Nothing. If i had to be picky, maybe having to walk 10 minutes to the bus stop at Fira to get anywhere else? But it was a really easy walk downhill.

Gorgeous view of the caldera. Hotel had a pool for all guests and a tanning roof with two sunbeds which had unbeatable views. Recommend hanging out at sunset time and soaking in the sunset from here because you see the water and volcano, but also the sun hitting the white buildings from the hotel. The best part is there were no crowds and you pretty much get a totally unobstructed view. Room was comfortable, had everything we needed. Breakfast was our favorite part. They took your order the day before and scheduled timing, and brought it to your table on your balcony. Such friendly service, Fay and Kostas at the front desk were incredible and treated you like family - dare I say the nicest people in Santorini?

The view was worth a million dollars! The staff were great. Pool was so cold though . Couldn’t really enjoy and although I loved the room not any shelves or dresser to put up clothes. Could be a European thing though ?

Everything was lovely! Fay and the rest of the staff was so lovely and accommodating, we arrived extra early and they made us comfortable until our room was ready. We were really happy we stayed here for our honeymoon.

Perfect location, amazing staff, amazing view, We felt so welcomed and had the best stay, we will be staying again if we come back to Santorini! Would recommend to anyone! Faih at the reception, and the lovely man (sorry i forgot his name 🙁)who served breakfast and carried our luggage to and from the accomodation were the absolute highlight of our stay, they are amazing

The aircon struggled to completely cool the sofa bed side of the room because it's in a sort of alcove and beside the shower room, so it was a bit hot over there at night. An extra fan or small AC unit would be useful. But the room, location, view, and hotel overall were so spectacular it wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Amazing view, stylish room. Dramatic small pool. Incredibly picturesque hotel. Kostas on reception was SOOO lovely and funny. He put a third chair on the balcony for us so we could enjoy the sunset and breakfast as a family. Perfect for our last night treat in Greece before flying home from Santorini airport.
