We had a few ants but it is a cave so they said it’s due to exposed food but it’s ok. The breakfast was underwhelming and the same so could’ve been better for long stay.

Good & nice location. Kept the swimming pool clean and heated and friendly hostess.

Everything was perfect! The view was breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, and above all, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you again for such a lovely experience ,we’ll definitely be back!

Could have stocked towels in room better (hand/face towels). Also need to add facial tissues. some silverware was dirty.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Location was ideal with great views and near iconic blue dome photo spot. Room was very spacious and private pool on rooftop terrace is a special treat.

The breakfast was amazing, they bring it up to you for you to enjoy on your balcony. The location was the best. You can clearly see the Caldera, view of Fira and the hot tub was perfect on those cool, breezy evenings. The bedroom was beautiful. The owner, porter, and every staff member was incredible, welcoming, and great communication. It was by far the best vacation we have gone on and will return!

The location was good but not as good as staying closer to Oia or Fira.

View of caldera and volcano was great but couldn’t see the sun going down. But otherwise quite spectacular. Outside sitting area is very small, would prefer a bit more room to move around getting in and out of the hot tub and sitting in deck chairs.

Convenient location. Nice comfortable clean room. Great staff. Nice breakfasts. Nice view of the caldera down to the south west. Lucked out with parking close by. Likely not the case, as the season gets busier, but for us it as very convenient.

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Cilon Suites. The support from the staff (especially Stav) was unprecedented - she was on standby to support with absolutely everything, from greeting us upon arrival to restaurant recommendations to catamaran reservations to guidance on bus schedules and stops. We had a lovely breakfast in our room each morning, and the private hot tub on the terrace was clean and comfortable. The property location was perfect for us - walking distance to Fira but in a calmer, less crowded area, with incredible caldera views.

One of the most exclusive and spectacular views of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Unlike the rest of many Santorini private pools / terraces, almost no one was able to look onto the terrace meaning the ultimate privacy luxury stay. The staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable and were so discreet when delivering food service / drinks orders to us on the balcony that it was like the orders had magically appeared. Experiencing staying in the traditional cave room setting was wonderful and was naturally cool and a nice rest bite from the outside heat. Location couldn’t have been better - absolutely picturesque and surprisingly not completely packed with tourists like other areas of the island. Nevertheless Fira was an easy walk within 30 minutes with lots of amazing restaurants and bars along the way. An absolutely amazing experience and hotel - one not to miss!

We had the master suite and we did think that the room was connected to the pool area - so this was a surprise when they were 2 seperate areas and we walked up the outside stairs, however both areas were private and sensational so there were no issues with this just good to note. A shuttle included would have added to the experience.

The room was incredible, so spacious and so clean. The views from the private rooftop pool were spectacular, we were the highest point in the area so could see sunrise and sunset from the pool. Absolutely incredible. The location is the best on the island, we explored all parts of the island and other areas were much busier/crowded however Imerovigli was really peaceful and had even better caldera views. The staff are amazing, Stavroula is just the best - she was so happy to help with all requests and got us some amazing seats at very busy restaurants. The chefs at Cilon were excellent and the breakfast delivered each day was so delicious with the perfect amount and variety of food and drink. The cleaner was also very friendly and our room was always refreshed daily.

Stunning view, excellent position within a short walk of bars and restaurants but not over crowded. Comfy bed, amazing staff, so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Freshly prepared breakfast on our roof terrace every morning. Literally cannot fault it.

The only thing that could have been better was to have a sunset view from the plunge pool on the top level

Breakfast is amazing and is more than you could possibly need. Location is quite and fantastic- a bit too good as you get so many photographers doing the dress shoots nearby but not noisy. Room is very clean and views are fantastic. All staff were so helpful and recommendations given were thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed.

The property was really beautiful and we loved our stay. There were just one or two things about the room that could have elevated the experience even more. There wasn’t really anywhere to hang our towels and wet swimwear so a few more hooks in and around the bathroom would have been great. Additionally, we think an extra mirror in the room rather than only in the bathroom would’ve been a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay with Cilon suites. The view from our balcony and hot tub was breathtaking and we almost could have spent every minute of our trip there. Note, while it has probably one of the nicest Caldera views and is right next to the blue domes, it isn’t quite situated to receive a perfect sunset view. However, a variety of restaurants and viewpoints are a few minutes walk away around the corner. The staff were also exceptional. Stavroula was always a text away for any need and was extremely efficient in actioning those requests. She helped organise a very last minute island/winery tour for us that turned out to be one of the best days we had in Greece. All in all a really amazing place to stay.
