There should be some bathroom amenities like conditioner, q-tips etc..

Room was clean and large with a sliding door to separate the kids from the parents.

WiFi did not always work in our room due to weak signal but we always got it working in the public areas. No shampoo provided but there is a body wash liquid.

Decent sized rooms. Wonderful choice of foods. Enough facilities for the clients. We were there partly to help as grandparents and we were impressed by the facilities for young children.

Far to many children due to the all inclusive policy and 2 free children. Food was pretty average at best, Buffet stations overwhelmed at times. things like bread kept running out, buffet containers not replaced ubtil empty.

Evening entertainment was a bit flat, but this could have been due to the time of season we Visited.

The hotel went that extra mile to welcome us and added some really personal touches to our celebratory weekend! There was a good selection of food which was very tasty. Great for a sneaky get away with plenty of other activities and trips on offer.

Outside facilities need some face lift...but that didn't spoil anyone's stay.

Amazing views from the reception/restaurant/pools!!! Staff super helpful, everywhere extremely clean. Loved the choice for breakfast and choice for activities (tennis, golf, table tennis) Also company offering water sports is right beside the hotel. Oh, evening entertainment was awesome!!!

The only real negative that we discussed was the Lagoon Pool/Gouvia pool closing at 18.00hrs. As the sunset was around 20.30 (May month) there was still plenty of sunshine and daylight to stay lounging around. Anyone who may of participated on a excursion may like to relax by the pool to unwind more before heading to the main areas.

From the welcome we received (as it was close to midnight) to the farewell greeting was all very well received. As we arrived close to midnight we expected there to possibly be a skeleton staff in operation but this was not the case. Efficient, friendly, attentive and focused staff who were always in a good appearance made the hotel stand out from others visited. The employees gave information were applicable, and were always on hand to help. Information given upon arrival (plus signage) made it identifiable which areas and at what times meals/snacks were available for the all inclusive guests. The Hotel was always clean, and whilst we may of not participated in the evening or daytime entertainment it looked like it was well received to try cover all demographics. Some may fault this, but I admire that the staff were engaged to try get people involved. When it comes to entertainment you cannot please everyone. Drinks range was good, with ease to locate bars or self service drinks (hot and cold). The food range for the main serving times (lunch/dinner) did have a vast variety and as my partner is a vegetarian she was able to always find something different to suit tastes. The hotel itself gains a good range of demographic age groups as well as nationalities - everyone seemed generally happy with their stay and friendly. The location for the hotel situated within a cove in Gouvia was ideal, a 5 minute walk (if that) to the main tourist route which provides shops, small supermarkets, a large supermarket, souvenir stores, Bars, and restaurants. A short stroll gives opportunity to visit the other beaches, and further along access to the marina area.

Not much to do at nighttime and never enough seats for everyone to watch the shows up by the reception area. The food was good but was nearly the same thing every night.

Loved the two different pool areas, Chinese restaurant was really good on the selected nights it was on. The water sports/small beach was a nice touch.

The beds in the room were damp as we were the first in the room after the winter. This caused me trouble with hip arthritis.

The food was very good and fresh, both breakfast and dinner. The location is outstanding, and adds to the comfort of the hotel.

The internet facility is terrible. It does not work even if sitting on the router. Worst of all, guests have to pay for it, metered usage is hit and miss as you never know if connected and staff are unable to assist as this abuse is masterminded and controlled by Louis HO is Cyprus
