What a gem! Extraordinaire location right next to the cable cars, in a beautiful pedestrian area and close to everything. Super attentive staff, great breakfast served in your room and the most unobstructed view of the caldera which is breathtaking. Beautiful and expacious room with a very comfortable bed, we couldn't be happier with this amazing experience!

The hotel is at the heart of Fira with a fantastic view, it was a difficult decision for us to leave that view and discover the rest of the island. Everybody was so friendly with us. George and Anastasia helped us in everything we needed, they managed everything very quickly and professionally like reserving the best tables for dinner, arranging for taxis, car rental, info about short trips. etc. It was our 28th anniversary and welcoming treats made a wonderful start for our celebration. To start the day with Joy's smiling face and freshly prepared breakfast was so nice.

The “private” balcony is not private for our type of room. The male staff we met at the reception has a strong Greek accent, so we can’t sometimes fully understand him. Also, when I sent the message to him several hours earlier to ask him about our luggage, he didn’t reply and he didn’t even apologize for the non-reply. But other staff are in a polite and helpful manner, especially female staff. We like them very much.

Amazing view. I guess this hotel has the best view of Fira. The pool and breakfast is also amazing. Best memory in Santorini .

I didn’t like how we had to pay twice and wait to be reimbursed. This really frustrated me and didn’t make much sense. They took the money when I booked it but when I arrived they made me pay again, and said that that money was only on hold. Instead of just releasing that money to pay, they made us pay again, and we had to wait 2 weeks for the money to be released

Where to begin? This small luxury hotel is stunning, perfect for a couples getaway or honeymoon. The location is in central Thira which makes great for travel to any of the surrounding towns. The food and drinks were unbelievable with their affiliate “the boozery” just next door for high end craft cocktails. There are also many many surrounding amazing restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating, they go above and beyond at all requests. The staff even found us a cafè to watch the premier league football match. Lastly the view is absolutely stunning, in our opinion the best view of any of the restaurants or other hotels of the volcano. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back to Santorini and we will definitely stay with the Cosmopolitan again.

There is no parking (same goes for most of mainly located hotel) so walking needed in case coming by rental car. (Excellent bellboy services so no worries ..)

Breakfest was excellent, staff was kind and attentive (Especially Alexandra) with supporting all of our requests. Location was great with everything very close. Infinty pool was amazing and room was really practical, clean and well designed. Definatly one of the best hotel i've stayed in a while..

My opinion may be biased in this matter. I transitioned to cosmopolitan suites from another 5 star boutique hotel in Oia, the breakfast and coffee at cosmopolitan was not as good in taste as our previous hotel. I should mention It was still made fresh daily and with pride.

The location in Fira was perfect, centrally located, with a beautiful view. The staff clearly take pride in hospitality and ensuring the guests feel welcomed and relaxed

There is no exhaust system in the hotel restroom, and there will be a strong smell of sewage after taking a shower, which is unpleasant and very humid!

The hotel is located on the cliff edge of Ferra, with a private sea view and a public swimming pool. Our suite has a separate balcony, but we need to climb stairs to get up. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the hotel also recommends local cuisine. The hotel offers a wide range of breakfast options and produces very, very good products. We are all very satisfied! Every employee is very friendly and enthusiastic, and we are very happy!

The staff at the property is super friendly. Their hotel manager is very accommodating and will do whatever to help out his clients. The breakfast was amazing and super quick to get. The rooms were extremely clean. Their turn down service is great where they provide a big bottle of water to every room if wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
