This is a beautiful hotel! It’s spotless clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.  The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The architecture, atmosphere, and service were great in this big hotel. This is the place if you are looking for a good hotel with many pools and good food to eat within the complex. The restaurants there are two of the best restaurants in town. In general, they went over and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable. They have upgraded our room by giving us a room with a private pool, which was extraordinary, and we are thankful for that. We will definitely come back :)

This is a very expensive place to stay. I am sure Lefkada has more reasonably priced accommodations. I didn't expect to have such horrible wifi service in my room. I didn't complain until leaving, because the purpose of my trip was not to be on my device. The staff was apologetic and insisted I should have told them sooner.

This is a beautiful place to stay. You don't have to go anywhere, you can stay on site and enjoy the beautiful accommodation. However, Lefkada is a beautiful place, and it would be silly not to go out and explore. The breakfast was incredible. The private pool was so much fun for our family. The staff was incredible.

Instructions to get to gym was a little hard to follow. Although not a big deal when going on holiday. Maybe a sign at the location would help.

Very friendly staff. Family friendly resort and good location to travel around if required. Villa was large and felt very nice for family of 4. Only stayed 1 night to refresh on journey but could easily stay 3-5nights.

Parking could be organized better. Also, the trash truck was coming every morning at 7 30 to pick up the trash containers located right behind our villa :/

I got a free upgrade to a very nice e big suite. Swimming pool was nice and have a really perfect atmosphere with a great music and best cocktail made from the best bartender Pano. Breakfast was pretty good and very nice dessert. The team of Crystal Water is very friendly , welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. it was a little beat noisy early at morning (around 5 a.m ) with the garbage collector .Highly recommended. We will definitely return again next year.

Got a free upgrade to much bigger room, which was very nice with 2 balconies and living room and beauty room and a sea view. Swimming pool and pool bar are was very nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The pools were quite cold during May.

The breakfast was nice, quite a few options to choose from. There should be water available to all guests without having to request it, though. The hotel has a good location. The pools are beautiful and the pool bar is a great addition.
