I loved everything about but is was with my mother and for her the stairs could be a little tricky but she was alright after getting used to them and just take it slowly ;)

The view we had was amazing looking out over the sea with gorgeous sunsets every night. The people who work there are super friendly and always very helpful. They made our stay such an amazing experience

This hotel was exceptional from start to finish. They staffs level of customer service was outstanding. The property was creatively designed and beautifully clean. I could not fault the hotel at all. There were so many little details that added to this hotel. Ultimately it felt priceless to stay here due to the service and views from the hotel.

I didn't like the steps but for the views I didn't mind them at all.

I loved everything about my stay. the hotel was amazing, the team was excellent. Alex, john, Constant and Katrine was absolutely spectacular so was the rest of the team. The hotel views was just absolutely breathtaking views one dreams off. I would recommend to anyone, it was recommended to me. I celebrated my birthday here and I would definitely visit again. The way the team took care of me was superb and I will forever have this magnificent memory in my head and phone to last a lifetime.

It so happened that I forgot my bank card at the hotel in Crete, so the hotel offered me to cancel the reservation, which was already paid for at 100% (with the condition of refunding the money to the bank card after some time), and to pay the entire cost of the reservation again using NFC via smartphone from the same bank card. As a result of such operations, I lost some of my own funds. It was a bit of a shame!

The location of the hotel with a view of the Caldera is extremely excellent. Picturesque and amazing views from the rooms! Responsive, polite, attentive excellent staff, both at the reception, and in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. They meet with a smile and offer cool drinks to quench their thirst. They help in solving any issues. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The bathrooms are clean and have very nice and high-quality hygiene and body care products! Breakfasts are very tasty and filling! Thank the chef! Also, all hotel guests receive a compliment from the hotel (delicious drinks). There is an opportunity to order a dinner, and even a romantic one, in the room or on the terrace of the new restaurant with beautiful views of the sea, the island itself and the volcano, watching the incredible colors of the sunset! Thank you to the hotel administration and staff for their professionalism and comfort, courtesy and good attitude!

Beautiful pool suite with the most gorgeous and perfect sunset. The sun sets in front of us in early October. Overall service was great. Could not asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t stay longer as we had other commitments.

Suite with a pool was awesome, staff were very attentive and made our stay memorable. We nearly didn’t book here because of a few comments in some of the reviews, but to be completely honest we didn’t have anything to complain about. You’re buying luxury in Santorini styled villas, and that’s what you get; it’s got the best restaurant views in Santorini as well. Alex at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and will be remembered for some time, he deserves a pay rise; we have been travelling for 6 months now and he has been the best customer facing employee we have met.

To be mindful, you can't see it on the pictures but there is a small pathway next to the Jacuzzi and balcony area that leads to the suite next door, so your neighbour will walk right next to you once in a while.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use hotel's facilities (pool, toilets and shower) before check in and after check out. Very luxurious room with breathtaking view. High end toiletries provided. Outstanding Jacuzzi pool (Cave Pool Suite). It was very clean. We have been greeted with complimentary bottle of wine. Every evening we have been given complimentary desert and bottles of water. Very generous breakfast with great variety of choices.

Dinner at the on site restaurant is very expensive for the quality. We made the mistake of eating on property first night but not again. So many better, more authentic, options within walking distance.

Perfect panoramic caldera view about 15 minutes walk from Fira. Ideal distance from crowds of Fira but still easily accessible. View and room quality are the real highlights. Staff and daily breakfast are also very good. Quality is top notch. Pool was also lovely with hip vibe and infinity caldera views
