The guesthouse is close to everything we needed yet located in a quiet neighbourhood. Our hosts were very helpful. The amenities in the guesthouse are very well thought out. It is offers very cosy and comfortable accommodation.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed but it worked fine for our stay and the price of the accomodation.

It was very easy to find Dear Jo Guesthouse and there was plenty of parking nearby. It was nice to have the living room space to sit in and relax after a day of exploring the island. The place was clean and it had everything that we needed for making breakfast and cooking our meals. The place is a little bit out of the main part of town, but there are closer restaurants. There is also a grocery store nearby.

Everything is perfect

Spotless clean, everything is available. Location is perfect and the house is new and beautiful. It can accompany 4 people easily. Thank you so much I loved the shower and the bed so much Thank you a lot, definitely I'll be booking this apartment when i come back to Samos in the summer City centre is just 8 minutes walk, it's beside the Tax office and the municipality and the service centre as well. All in walking distance Ps: there's heating and AC and everything you need, and plus a bug fridge "you can cook your own food" and a washing machine 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Natural light in the house was very limited. Location of the toilet was uncomfortable since is directly connected with kitchen and also it has a window directly see the bedroom.

The location was super awesome. It is 10-15 minute by walk to Vathy Port. There was no problem with parking, the neighborhood was also silent and felt safe. The house designed very pretty and there were almost everything that we needed. It has 1 bedroom but the sofa in the living can turn into a 2 person size bed too. It is okay for 4 or 3 persons too. Overall, we left the very happy. A side note: Olive oil in the kitchen was super perfect,

The location is within walking distance but it takes more time than I expected. It would be better, if it were closer to the seaside.

We spent 2 days here. Everything was great. The house was clean. Every detail of the house was thought out. The location of the house was in the center and we had no problems with transportation. The property met all our expectations and the host provided everything that one may need during a stay. The location was quiet and parking around the neighborhood was easy. The place had a separate kitchen and everything one could need. It was cosy and comfortable. The place deserves 9/10 considering everything. (There is always room for improvement :) ) I'd like to thank our host for his kindness and hospitality. I'd definitely choose this place if I visit Samos again. I'd recommend this place to visitors especially the one with children as having a full-fledged kitchen is a huge bonus.

We actually didn't expect the holiday to he that good. Everyone was helpful. We felt like home.

Mr Aris was so helpful, he helped us with the letter needed for the visa, he answered all out questions, there were original samos wine bottles waiting for us as a welcome gift. He even made a reservation for us (free of charge) in Navagos beach in kokkari (one of the best beach clubs in the area) Special thanks to the owner for everything. As for the house, it was clean, had air conditioning, there were clean towels and bedsheets, soap, detergant for the washing machine, tv, internet, hair dryer, iron, and even coffee and filters. For a 1 week holiday, it was a very convinient and comfortable place (we were 3 persons). The location is near vathi center. Near the house you can find bakery, supermarket, coffeeshop and resturant. I recommend renting a car in samos.

We had an amazing stay b'n'b in Samos. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area easily. The homeowners were very warm and welcoming and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local spots to visit and dine at. It was comfortable, clean, and exceeded our expectations. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

It was very dark due to no windows in kitchen area only small one that was on a concrete wall. The only window for light was the front west facing window. The bedroom had a window that opened into the shower cubicle, so to prevent water from shower going into room had to close window and blind for privacy. The bed was much too big for the room and it was hard to move around to get out of the door especially if there was luggage as there wasn't a lot of space to put it apart from the front lounge room.

It was very clean and had a washing machine and kitchenware for self catering.
