Really nice and cozy facility. Free parking inside available. Great balcony. The pool is really clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the city, but the road is dark and at night you should be very careful.

The Villa and it's location was beautiful! Giannis was a very welcoming host! The villa is just a stones throw away from the town of Agios Nikitas which we walked to most nights for some lovely restaurants and bars. I will definitely be visiting again Lefkada was such a beautiful island.

The property was located nearest the best beaches in Lefkada. A lot of space outside which is what i was looking for and a spacious pool . Giannis the manager was respectful and very professional. Also i forgot my watch, which was a gift from my grandpa and contected him and he was very helpful found it and is holding it for me . 10/10

Walking down to the village and beach was easy, but coming back (especially at night and after a big meal or a few drinks) was a bit of a chore and a little bit worrying (with cars speeding along the main road and no street lights).

The studio was great as we do not tend to spend long in the accommodation, instead preferring to get out and about. The studio was clean, the facilities were adequate and the host was very helpful.

Noise from the road (we wore earplugs during the night, so it was ok), entrance to the villa complex is bit in a turn, so getting back on the road is bit tricky (you shouldn't turn left)

The semi-private pool (we were in a studio for 2 pax, so in one villa you have 2 studios) makes it feel luxurious, good comfortable bed, clean nicely designed studio and lovely views from the balcony, 10 min walking distance from Agios Nikitas (restaurants and boat taxi to Milos beach)

Great location, just outside Agios Nikitas, with private swimming pool and parking Giannis' outstanding availability for questions, doubts, suggestion and any kind of support we asked him... an unvaluable added value!!! The almost totality of the beautiful Lefkada beaches can be reached by car, with max a 1h drive from Dimarion Villas, for some of them there are also connections/excursions by boat.

Small things. Would have liked for both bathrooms to have showers. The air conditioning device in the living room could use a cooling agent refill.

Very nice little villa. We stayed in Villa Maria which was perfect for 4 people. On the ground floor it has a big shared living + kitchen area and a bathroom equipped with a shower. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom without shower/bath, only a toilet. Outside it has a shaded terrace and a 6 by 4 meters pool and privacy wood panels on the sides. In front of the pool is a beautiful olive tree garden on the side of the mountain. We had three air contioning devices (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room). The host was very nice and friendly. The villas are located aproximately 600 meters from Ag. Nikitas and 5 minutes drive from Ag. Kathisma.

it is a little walk up the hill- if you have any issues with walking- rather rent a car or scooter.

the check in was super easy- Giannis was incredibly friendly and available even when texting late in the evening re check out etc. the room/ villa was spacious, neat and very clean. the pool was sparkling - with a beautiful view! a perfect reprieve after a hot day on the beach

The villa was convenient only a few suggestions that are not really a big deal, the shower is super small and the shower head is too low and detachable so it makes for a really wet floor. They have a sofa bed down stairs and they supply extra bedding for that if you ask so that is great only thing is that they don't have the bedding onsite so you have to request it but it's not a big deal. . Some more towels would be good since they want you to use a towel when you use the pool and only change linens every 3 days so we just had to remember who's towel was who's. The broom supplied inside was nice as you will bring back a lot of pebbles from the beaches. There are a lot of ants outside that do make their way into the kitchen but we didn't eat there so it wasn't an issue and there wasn't too many ants inside. Walking distance to restaurants was super convenient. Low ceilings in the bedroom so if you're tall watch out I'm fairly short so it wasn't an issue. If you plan on keeping food there it may prove to be difficult as your key stays in the room when you are there supplying power to the unit and is disconnected when you leave so if you're gone for hours any meat or dairy could spoil. Other than that it was very convenient.

I was amazed there was no air conditioning unit in bedroom so had to leave the door of bedroom open all night to get cool air.

Location was good but very near the road and very noisy in the morning. On the plus side it was only a short distance to beach and restaurants
