    The hotel is expensive.

The hotel offers a lot especially for the family with small children. The beach is very accessible and there are several different restaurants on the property.

Waiting lines for breakfast The personell was not able to restock and clean the tables on a timely manner - if they are sold out then they should have more people servicing the breakfast

I think high stools at the main restaurant are too law for the tables ( or opposit), and chairs at outside area are too high for the tables ( or opposit). It's sort of discomfort when the distance bw seat and table is not usual...anyway it is acceptable!)))

Bed is fantastic, view from the front room is amazing....

The restaurants at the hotel are quite expensive. I have experienced much better food in Greece at a much lower price.

The beach was excellent, the ambiance of the little restaurant on the beach was very nice although the food at the hotel is overall pricey.. The breakfast was also nice.

The only issue is the starting time for lunch and dinner if you have kids. Restaurants open at 1 pm for lunch and 7:30 pm for dinner. Our kids eat early so that was definitely a pain point.

Everything about this place is terrific.

The Spa is too small compared to the number of guests in the hotel. You have to be very fast and resourceful to find a seat anywhere. There is no regular restaurant that is open all day and has a regular menu.

There are 3 restaurants and they all work only certain hours and you ned to make reservation before you want to eat which is a bit inconvenient. Not one restaurant is open the whole day as a regular restaurant. There is an "all day dining" menu but there is restrictions where you can seat in order to eat and it takes a very long time to get you order taken and the food to be ready. Would be lot more better if this is more flexible and if everyone can eat whenever they like without any prior arrangements.

While booking, we felt the price was as bit high (270 €), after staying there 5 nights we felt that the hotel offered so much that it was worth it. Since my husband went to mount Athos, I stayed there by myself and had a great time. Although I didn't try the swiming pool the spa or the beach, they all looked great and well maintained. I had my books and so many beautiful seating areas, I could not decide in which to seat. Our room, a front sea suite with a large balcony was comfortable, clean, with wonderful views, large bath with both shower and bathtub, coffee maker, even clothes-line. Breakfast was rich and tasty and the dining room offered a beautiful outside seating area. The stuff was kind and helpfool.

The rooms are two old. The beds were very uncomfortable, and not to mantion that i have booked a king size bed and it was two single beds combine together with a whole between them. For that value of money the quality of the room was absolutely not matched.

The beach, the staff attitude, the location and the restaurants were really good.

Only one observation, the quality of food in the paid restaurants does not match the price I am afraid to say. If 5 star prices are to be charged, (completely understandable in a 5 star hotel) then the food presented needs also to be at this level. Currently, the value for money leaves the food at only 3 star in my opinion. An example of this would be 21 euros for 6 prawn tempura the size of a ladies index finger in Washi, the food was nice but certainly no where near worth this figure, and a description of 'salad with fresh green vegatables' in Kamares on the set menu leads the customer to expect something a little more imaginative than lettuce leaves accompanied by two halved cherry tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil and very fine crumb, especially when preceded by a thimble of pumpkin soup more reminiscent of a pre taster one would have prior to eating in the finest michelin starred restaurants. This is the only issue that needs to be addressed to complete a beautiful relaxing experience. Please note, the food, its presentation and the service at breakfast and evening buffet is excellent.

The fact that there were always beds on the beach with towels and cushions ready to go. No need to get up early to secure a position! Very attentive and pleasant employees. The overall chilled vibe of the hotel was an instant gateway to relaxation. Plus, 'genuine' freshly squeezed orange juice!!!!

Restaurant standards not all up to par. Some challenges throughout our stay however rectified by guest relations.

The region was windy in the afternoon during June.

Although hotel was full we never had a problem for the sunbeds. It was really easy to access beach from rooms. Great daily breakfast variations made a good start for us and our kid. And great staff was always smiling.
