It felt like home !!! Absolutely stunning place to stay. If you need to stay low and relax while to be in touch with everything else, this is the place. Average distance to every cultural place and beaches.

Only one taverna in the near vicinity, all the other (and a small market) are placed at 15-20 min walking distance.

Pleasant and clean studio, with large balcony, just across the road from the beach. Vatera beach was extraordinary, not at all crowded in July, free umbrellas and sunbeds. Plenty of places for parking (in the street).

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was very good. The hotel owner, Irene, was very helpful and took care of everything from the moment we checked in until we left. The room had everything we needed, and we left very satisfied.

Really good quality, large room and large balcony with sea view. The property was well equipped for self catering if wanted. And large shower with door that didn’t leak (quite a novelty for Greece). Plenty of hot water. Bed very comfortable, and air conditioning powerful. Owner was lovely and friendly - met us on arrival to explain things, offered us a lift to the restaurants at the far end of the beach, organised a taxi for us on departure and when we were waiting for it produced a plate of fresh fruit for us. Really can’t recommend this accommodation high enough.

The comfort of the room, the cleanliness and quality of the furniture was great. We had a quiet, calm and wonderful 2 days. The view from the balcony was perfect.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable studio apartment. Across the road from the beach. it was nice to have a private balcony and free use of beach umbrellas and lounges. Easy parking and close to a mini-market and good tavernas.

Edem was right across the street from the beautiful Vatera Beach. Location is very peaceful, no noise, perfect location for a quiet holiday. Restaurants are just 15min walk, very nice places with good food. Room was a very nicely and newly decorated 1+1 apart, spotless clean, you really have all you need in the kitchen and in the room. Balcony was good size you can enjoy the sea view. Host is perfect. Many many thanks, we will come back again.

We stayed in one of two downstairs apartments without a veranda. The apartment was spacious, light and airy. Great bathroom, well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed and living space. Everything like new, and spotlessly clean. We did not miss having a veranda (all other apartments do have one), as we could use the large communal table in the yard for meals, with the added benefit of having social contact with the wonderful hostess and some of the other guests. The excellent beach, with free beds and umbrella, is right in front of the building. A mini market and very good tavern are more or less next door. Having a car is recommended, but there is a (at least) twice-daily bus connection with nearby villages and Mytilini town.

The bed was hard so sleeping was a little uncomfortable for both of us. The bed is also very low to the floor.

Roomy, clean and well decorated apartment. Nice bathroom and very pleasant patio area to sit in the breeze. Good tavernas down the road. We liked the beach location and it was very quiet. Thank you to or hosts for having us as guests

There was some roadworks noise but we undrestand this needs to be done and it is nearly complete.

We loved the balcony and view of the sea, swimming once we bought our slip on beach shoes to help with the rocks and our host Irini was wondreful! We got home made jam and eggs as gifts. The shop round to the right was wonderful and the little bakery was great - just be there at 8am or it all goes!

We had one of the semi-underground rooms so the view was not great. The staff was proactive in letting us know this about the room we were getting so we were aware of the limitation when we reserved. We did so because the price was the best deal at the time.

The place was spotless. Staff qas very friendly and accommodating, particularly with some last minute changes. The beach coffee shop down yhe road was excellent for b-fast or just a drink.
