Edem Studios are perfect place for a holiday on Jonian sea. Clean, comfortable, very good location. Karvuno beach is very close. The staff is very friendly and always on demand. This was my second stay in Edem and I will definitely come back.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower in studio 22, which is so small that showering is really difficult

Two days before check-in, the management contacted me in WhatsApp sharing a GPS location, best driving route to follow, details on where to find the keys in case of late arrival, even the WiFi Password... When I arrived, I was welcomed by the staff and led to a spacey, nicely decorated studio, fully equipped with microwave, coffe maker, nespresso machine, electric kettle, etc. At the back, a very beautiful garden with a lots of flowers where I could relax on the sunbeds provided. The beach is in a walking distance, just a minute away where I enjoyed swimming in cool, crystal-clear waters. My suggestion to anyone is to stop looking and book here.

An Amazing Stay at Edem Studio Apartments! My week-long stay at Edem Studio Apartments in Syvota, Greece was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptionally kind and respectful owner, who was always available and eager to assist with any request we had. This level of hospitality truly made our trip special. The apartment itself offered excellent conditions and boasts a truly fantastic location. We were incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable – a perfect 10/100! (Just kidding, a perfect 10/10!) The apartment was thoroughly cleaned every two days, and the cleaning ladies were also very polite and professional. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in Syvota with top-notch service and a pristine environment, look no further than Edem Studio Apartments. You won't be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect — it’s very close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk away. The place was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I loved spending time on the great balcony, and the beautifully maintained garden added such a relaxing atmosphere. The host and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the little touches like having a hair dryer and iron available.

Can be a little tricky to find and even after a few weeks of driving in Greece, I got confused getting around Sivota. Just me, maybe?

Great location very close to a lovely beach. Our room was spacious with a great terrace. We really enjoyed our time there. It was also welcome to cook a couple of simple meals.

Location to the beach(es) (Karvouno and Bella Vraka) was great. Apartment is very clean, sheets and towels were changed every other day. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Everyone was very helpful.

This time was our second in the same property. Reason? Simply, everything is perfect. Location very near to the beach, comfortable walk to the town, well-equipped room and nice garden, parking place on the spot, kind staff and reasonable price. I don't need anything more. If I ever come to Sivota again, it will be in Edem studios.

- No table inside the room (only on terrace), lack of microwave oven. Host gave us a small regular oven instead on request. - Very poor Wi-Fi. 3Mbit top and shared with other apartments.

Probably because of the pond in the garden, there were quite a lot of mosquitos. The host has provided coils to repel the mosquitos.

Very good location, quite close to Karvouno beach. The studio was spacious and very comfortable. The cleaning was done every second day and the towels/sheets were replaced. Very nice garden and a place to park the car. The communication with the host was excellent.

Beautiful property, perfect view, the creek that runs in the morning sounds amazing. Room was super clean and very cool, even though the air conditioner was not on during the day the room was very cool! The kitchen and the fridge perfect! Balcony was perfect and the view was breathtaking!
