The whole experience was amazing. Couldn’t fault anything at all. I have seen some people saying the rooms need an update, however who cares to be honest. You sleep and wash within your room. All we needed it for.

Very modern and up to date throughout. Loads of restaurants available and different cuisines. Loved the different ranges of food each day and night. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Food was fresh and best thing about the hotel was the staff. Very welcoming throughout our stay. It’s always going to be a special place as we got engaged here. We will be back again soon 😄

We had an Executive Suite with a side sea view overlooking the gardens. It was perfect, quiet and had a large balcony. My only comment would be that the shower in our room (419) does require replacing or at least refurbishing. The shower tray lamentation was broken and the door and side panel leaked every time you had a shower. We advised the hotel of this and they did what they could to ensure the area was kept dry. Please note this is not a complaint, merely constructive feedback, and the fault can be easily rectified, with a new showere tray

The facilities at the Eden Roc are superb, the staff are very friendly and go that extra mile to help. The dining experience is truly wonderful and you are spoilt for choice, we particularly like the utilisation of the App to book your restaurants, which made it easy for us to decide on what nights for which restaurant and food choice. The quality of the food was second to none and on one particular night we felt we were having a Michelin starred experience with the meal we had chosen. Just delicious and a taste sensation.

The elevators were too small for this kind of resort. The food did not always meet my expectations but there was a lot of variety so that's nice.

Kettle in room only worked if you held the button down, only there for 2 nights so informed reception at check out. Mattress on bed was too hard, like laying on concrete. Shower head was too high so soaked the far wall so had to resort to using as hand held option

Very large complex with lots of choice of restaurants, plenty of sunbeds, water sports on the beach, entertainment each evening.. Pleasant grounds, waterslides for kids, well maintained main building with shop.

Entertainment could be better. Invited musical performers were below par (to my taste). I think the hotel saved a little on entertainment.

There was an awful smell around the pool and the beach, we think due to the showers. Music at the pool kept stopping and starting which made it hard to relax. Food could of been a lot better and it was basically impossible to get a reservation at one of the restaurants

Booking for alacarte restaurants. We could not book Arun Asia. Room was not cleaned everyday. Shampoo and other bath jels are not renewed. We have to ask for water all the time. Not enough and not renewed sometime.

Nowhere to walk to really but short bus ride into Rhodes old town. Housekeeping in the room was not great.

Hotels like these with all inclusive are quite expensive.

Everything! Plenty of space at the pools and at the beach. The food where good and the straff where great! Its built in 1969, today they probably have built it more than twice the hight to room more turists with the same space available. You dont have to rush and ”book” ”your” sunbed, there are always plenty free.

We had reserved a hotel room, but in the end we had accommodation approx. 200 meters from the hotel, so we ran for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the way. It would be enough to buy shared electric scooters. At 18:00 they kicked us out of the pool.

The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and the food is tasty.

We stayed in one of the bungalows which was lovely, but got the chance to see one of the standard rooms in the main building (which was kindly given to us after check-out for half an hour so that we could have a shower and get ready for our afternoon flight). The standard room isn't what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. It's small and the finishes are tired and a bit old. This is the only negative comment I have, which didn't really affect us as we had a really good bungalow for four people.

Best holiday from start to finish. The A la carte restaurants are amazing and the quality of the food is excellent, even at the buffets. The variety of choice of food, different places to eat and three different areas/styles of night entertainment mean you never get bored. This is what makes this place different from your bog standard all inclusive resort. Three swimming pools, kids entertainment and clubs and above all: the staff. Staff are amazing, from reception to housekeeping ,to waiting staff. Martha and Stavros (maitre and restaurant manager) are exceptional. We travelled with a 10 month old who has no teeth yet and eats pureed food, and they made sure his food was prepared fresh every meal and delivered to whichever restaurant of the resort we were eating at. Our 3 year old had so much fun at the two kids' pools and at the beach, and loved the mini club too, which gave us parents a break for a couple of hours during the day. I could write much more but suffice to say that the moment we left we decided to book for next year and are already looking forward to it.

- Even though we haven't spent much time in the rooms apart from sleeping time, but they could be better, especially the ones in the main building especially in terms of hygiene ...

- The beach is amazing!! Plenty of sunbeds, even though some visitors are reserving them from early morning but there are plenty and finding an empty one is not a problem at all, also very good vibes at night with some romantic candles - Food is superb!! we tried the main buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and our experience was really good! Also we reserved 3 a la cate restaurants for dinner and they were amazing "reserve ASAP via the app" For lunch they don't need any previous app reservation but you could wait some minutes to be seated The burger one was really good "Con Restaurant" which I really recommend! - The salty pool was very nice and my 3.5 years old kid loves it and spend most of the time there - Stuff were very professional and well trained!! All in all it was a very good experience and It's one of the resorts that worth to come back again

The main buffet room needed some updating of the menu. best to go to the restaurants for food in my opinion. also very tricky to get bookings for the restaurants on the app. But reception were so helpful in getting up spaces at restaurants

The staff were amazing and made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. We had such a great time here! The restaurants were amazing our favourite for lunch and breakfast was the cone.
