The owner asked for the cash , which wasn’t mentioned on booking.com conditions.I refused it and paid by card.I booked twin bedded room also sent a message about the bed but he said and insist that it means french bedded one but at least he gave us an apartment with twin beds.I think he fed up with the guests.

It is in the centrum , close to the market bakery shops.Has a nice view from the terrace. Sheets and towels were clean.Air conditioner worked well.(at 43 degrees) The hotel needs renovation but the price was ok .I recommend it for short stayers max 2 nights

Location is great, right between Agias Marina and Pandeli, even not far to walk to the Castle. Breakfast was adequate. Room had good AC, ours worked when the balcony doors were open. No fly nets on doors so mosquitos could be a problem but we had none. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We had average expectation for the very affordable price and they were met. Water is mildly salty but it is like this all over the island showers, and you would be able to tell if you didn't taste it. Showering with it did not feel salty. Overall a good experience. The island is a gem, and I hope it keeps its originality for years to come.

Hard to find parking. There was not enough hot water and when we informed about it they told us there will be hot water in 20 minutes. We checked after 20' after 40' and after 1 hour but no hot water at all.

TV not working. No hot water. Wet towels were not changed. Kitchen area had no detergent sponge nor towels to wipe dishes. Thought the dishes would have been washed the next morning but weren’t. A pool was advertised. Arrived and it had no water. No mention on site hotel was under renovation. The owner claimed it was. When we arrived the owner offered us a drink. We accepted beers. We both naturally thought he was being hospitable but in actual fact he billed us for the beers.

Location good. Room was spacious. Bed was ok. Place was clean.

Room, while clean, had an unpleasant smell (like a moldy Wettex). Zero water pressure, and water was cold. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least. The owner "greeted" us shirtless...smoking and clearly couldn't be bothered...it was a one night pit stop...but still.

Despite the images on the website the pool is broken and has been for a long time. The owner advised they are not planning to repair. This was very disapointing as this was the main reason for choosing this hotel and the images on booking.com need updating urgently.

Great location between Agia Marina & Pantali beach, easy enough to walk to both areas. Good WW2 very small museum set up by owners of the hotel in the bottom of the hotel. Great views from the top floor

The hotels reception was on the roof top of the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel we walk in inside the mane entrance it was dark we call the number we had and the Gentleman told us to go to the rooftop to get the keys. 2) footing the novo we had the AC on since it was very hot both nights someone was shooting the power off. 3) the shower !!!! To take a shower you needed at list 45 minutes to get cleaned up, there was no pressure at all!!!!

They charged 17 euros due to any reason which i couldn understand. The owner claimed that i had to pay extra for my son who is 11 years old. And he said that visa payment is not allowed and i paid 69,50 euro cash. I dont accept this and i request that extra payment refund back.

The room itself was aged, and it was poorly aged, we wanted a double bed, so they asked us to upgrade. What we got instead was obviously a downgrade, though we had to pay 10€ extra and in cash. The shower was clogged, the towel railing was undone, the toilet flush was dripping all night. Breakfast was more of a meze rather than breakfast. The guy at the reception had a rude attitude when we arrived and didn't even seem to care to say goodbye when we left. Awesome...

The man that runs the hotel is extremely rude and hostile, although his wife is much nicer. We were in a studio with only a door to separate the next room to us. Therefore, any time we watched the tv we would get complaints that we were being too loud. The floor was dirty and the bedsheets and towels weren’t clean. The air con unit attracted wasps so every time we sat outside we would get attacked, so the air con unit would have to be turned off. One huge issue is the fact that this place offers a swimming pool, and even now, all around the hotel there are photos of the pool when it was in action, and signs saying ‘pool and bar this way’. The reality is that there is a massive gaping hole in the ground that smells of rotting plastic which is a total eye sore. There is absolutely no sign that there is a working bar there either. Basically they need to update everything it says online about this hotel, and they need to spend some time and money renovating this place to make it less tired and outdated.

Due to adverse weather conditions on July 27-28, the ferry was cancelled, forcing us, 4 families, to cancel our reservation. A week later on 3-4 August , we made a new reservation, but due to an error in the number of children, we had to cancel that one and make another. However, the hotel refused to accept any card payments, despite trying 3-4 different ones. When I called to ask why, the individual on the phone was incredibly rude and stated, "You've wasted so much of my energy. You need to pay for the reservation you cancelled last week. It's not my problem that the ferry was cancelled due to bad weather; it's your problem. You need to pay me this money. You're trying to cheat me." Despite my repeated requests to understand their reasoning and my attempts to resolve the situation, their attitude remained hostile and unchanged. Consequently, I also cancelled this reservation and found alternative accommodations in Lakki, where we were treated with the utmost kindness and hospitality. Now, they dare to respond by saying that I didn't stay! I'm grateful we didn't, as it would have been a humiliating experience for our entire family and kids.

Pool closed. Air didn’t cool down the room well. Shower tiny. Paid up front in full, in May. Returned home to find the hotel added an additional 232 euros to my credit card. Disputed the charge and it was credited.

The rooftop reception, breakfast area and restaurant; the "resting swimming pool" which has lostvits water! The fantastic views of the Venetian Kastro.

When we arrived at the property the owner introduced himself. He was very rude and abrupt the Reception area reeked of cigarettes. When I booked the hotel in March it was advertised as having a swimming pool overlooking the island, this is one of the main reasons I selected this hotel. On arrival we noticed the pool was empty and used to store chairs and panels of wood. When I questioned the owner about this he replied that the pool was closed since Covid-19. He falsely advertised the pool as an attraction. Later that day he changed his Bookings.Com ad and deleted the photo. Once we went to our room we were advised not to have the Aircon on with the door open. However due to the musty smell of the room we were unable to leave the door closed. The room had no WIFI, TV did not work, taps were rusty where you could not see the hot or cold. The refrigerator in the room was rusty and looked dirty. Shower recess had a build up of white mould which can cause health issues.. I have photographs to attach should you wish to see.z
