Everything was amazing.. since check in till check out.. they have upgraded our rooms as complimentary! Staff were so nice and respond immediately to any request.. service was amazing.. Katrina at the spa was awesome… comfortable sunbeds.. Located on the most beautiful beach in Mykonos.. I will definitely come back to it❤️

SwitzerlandThere is not a lot around the hotel so it would be good if you rent a car. There are no shops so you need to buy every water / cola for 5 euros.
Nice hotel at the beach. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the very beautiful sea. There are also boat taxis (for 20 euros per person) which you can take to go to an other beaxh. After the main season, there were enough free beach chairs.

ItalyThe restaurant food was bad. For a 5 star hotel, with aprox 25 euros per plate and no near restaurants, it definetely needs a better cook or menu. We ate there 2 lunches and 1 dinner, not one of them we could say it was good. Our home cooked meals are tastier.
The hotel architecture and rooms are incredible. The views, the beach, the whole style is beautiful, clean and modern. The staff very polite and attentive in all areas.

I was lucky to stay at 2 different hotels, Elia resort being the first, everything from the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional, Maria and the girls at the reception were so welcoming, housekeeping were so efficient and and cleaned very well, the staff at the dinning were always eager to serve us more food. The location right at the beach front is the cherry on top, having breakfast looking out at the sea takes your breath away. Overall we preferred Elia resort of the 2 hotels we stayed. The elegance of the rooms, staff service, the beautiful pool and beachfront location 10/10.
