We stayed in room 121 it had a garden with a large pool. It was nearly perfect, they just need to invest in some form of pool heating for the two large pools. I'd pay a bit more to use the pool as it would get used more if heated. apart from that it was perfect

The spa services were a bit disappointing, the spa itself is very nice and has great amenities however the services we paid for were disappointing for the price.

Venue was exceptional, well placed, staff were amazing and the food plentiful. The private pool was a luxury and the room was always spotless and maintained with a smile.

The room was spacious and clean, the sofa bed was a comfortable double bed. Loved the private pool, which turned out to be larger than we expected. Staff are friendly and efficient. Room service is excellent value for money.

The Spa doesn’t worth the price, and the TV in the room is very small and has no Netflix although we paid for a suite

The spa center was a bit disappointed- I booked a 50 minutes massage at 11:00am for the next day, having other commitments right after but the massage only started 20 minutes late saying the patient before arrive late.

The hotel, although is quite big, is very intimate surrounding by a lot of green nature vegetation. 3 great public swimming pools, the beach is lovely and we had a great experience renting jet ski at the surfing club at the beach. The stuff were great and helpful, and we were upgraded to a very nice room.

we booke foodd a room with sea view and the view was mostly the building at the front, trees and a very thin line of sea that we could see only while standing.

we liked it all, actually. the ladies at the reception (Daria and the other lady) were amazing and helped us so much. the food is nice. the room and the whole area are very clean.

A dream vacation! We stayed in the the executive suite wich was an absolute heaven. The most important thing to mention is the service in the hotel- we stayed in many fancy resort around the world, but this type of service we never experienced. The intire team did an amazing job, but above everyone was Daria. She is the type of person that makes you fell like everything is doable, and she is one of the main reasons we had such a great time in the hotel. Daria you are the best.

Nothing could have been better. everything was better than i expected. the only think that could be improved, everything in the mini bar etc. is at a cost, i would expect at this price at least something to be for free..

there is so much to do on the premises, i never had to leave!!!!! the pools are clean, the staff are absolutely amazing. it has an amazing vibe, and i not once felt short changed. really highly recommended!

The private pool and the main Elite Suites pool were very cold. I assume as the season goes on these may heat up but they were bracing when we first got in. It's not really a dislike, more of an observation though and it wasn't so cold that we couldn't use them, just took a bit of time to get in.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like about the property. The staff are so friendly and do everything they can to be helpful and always with a huge smile. The suite was beautiful, lovely furnishings all in excellent condition, the pool desk was immaculate and the food was amazing. Even buffet breakfast choice was incredible. We ate in the Elite Suites restaurant on 2 nights out of 6 and could not fault it, the choices on the menu, the presentation everything was first class. I would highly recommend this hotel. We felt it was really private and very relaxing.

We traveled to Rhodes for a special occasion and the best thing was booking this hotel! We got upgrated to the presidential suite and it was amazing. Big room, great view with a huge private pool and jacuzzi, a bottle of wine, fruits and a cake waiting for us in the room which was very thoughtful. Very comfortable bed, spotless clean all over. Breakfast was fresh with a verity of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Daria. Will love to stay again!

The Presidential suite was fantastic. So much space with a private spa and large private pool. Plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge on. Comfortable bed and pillow menu available. Housekeeping were very attentive and changed the sheets daily. Beautiful views of the ocean. Would recommend

In short, it's no an ideal selection for a family with small kids. - The kids' playground is quite small. If you have small kids (<3 years old), there won't be too many facilities for them. - it's not a sandy beach! Pebble and small kids are not a perfect combo. The closest sandy beach is in another city. - Even with an all-inclusive package you'll have to pay for drinks separately. Yes, even non-alcoholic.

Overall: very good stay, great staff, nice location if access to the beach with ultra-clean water is your priority. + Great staff. Very helpful and polite, no complaints at all. Multilingual too, btw! + Beach. Very clean water, 100 meters away from the main building or so. Not too easy to get there with a stroller/wheelchair though! + Food was quite good, the room itself was good price/quality and always very clean. + Location. Getting to the island's capital city is a 10-minute taxi ride or an hour "hike" (half of which is actually quite picturesque), other key places for a tourist are not too far away either (max 1-1.5 hour drive, I'd say)

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was huge, the private pool was much bigger than expected - it was a bit too cold to be in the water but even sitting next to it on the lounge chairs and looking at the beach view was so nice. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was kept clean, the shower was amazing, we got a fruit basket and bubbly wine when we checked in and honey and olive oil when we checked out. It was so lovely. Facilities were nice and not many people around since it was early in the season. Breakfast was good and had lots of options.

Wonderful hotel, the Elite Suites are incredible, the private pool and deck was fantastic. We didn't want to leave the room! 😆 The staff were excellent. Very high level of cleanliness and they couldn't do enough for us. We will be back!

We loved everything!

An amazing hotel, the suite was incredible. Spacy and fun to hand by the pool. Full privacy and really quite. The staff was amazing!! Everybody we're so kind and caring. The compliments they give in the room and during our stay were great and tasty. The food is very good and also the live music and shows during dinner. We really had the best time and come back for sure. Special thanks to the supervisor of the suits Daria, you're amazing!

The Elite Suites Rhodes bay is a wonderful place to stay. Direct access to the beach with the own area for the Elite Suites. The room was wonderful. Huge bed. Fantastic drench shower and of course our own deck and pool. Would recommend this hotel 100% for a little luxury that is definitely worth the money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
