The sheet and the towels were clean but the hotel overall looks old and dirty. I think they should consider to refresh it all. But it was good value for the money. It's ok if you are planning to stay a couple of nights

The position of the Elite Hotel is very good, it's very close to the Omonia metro station and we were able to reach all the most important destinations with less than 2-3 metro stop. The staff is really kind and the room was big enough to accomodate 4 persons.

Very nice location. I was a bit worried at first after reading various reviews but truth is I felt comfortable walking to and from the hotel even at night as a solo female traveler, although that also has to do with how safe I feel personally. There are immigrants around but nothing too sketchy I think.

The room smelt slightly of smoke. There are some rough streets nearby but they can be easily avoided. The shower head isn't fixed to the wall so you have to constantly hold it but it seems that's the same everywhere in Greece.

It was spot on and great value. I wasn't expecting room service every day but it happened. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfy. Staff were really friendly on reception and the cleaning staff did a great job. The air conditioning was good too.

The air condition was very dirty and I afraid to switch on. Without TV. Toilet & bathroom was in small room and when you have shower then you have to mopping all the place.

The bathroom smelled really bad and had a lot of damages, especially the sink, and the smell would go in the whole room if opened too long. The AC spontaneously made weird clanking noises during night, waking up everyone.

old hotel, needs renovation; sometimes the hotel guests were loud which was disturbing as the sound insulation is poor

The cleaning staff woke me up literally every morning by being extremely loud, chatting and laughing in the hallway, at times like 7am. One morning I asked them to be more quiet, but the following day it was again the same. The walls are very thin and there is a big gap between the room door and the floor, so every time someone is a bit loud in the hallway it just sounds as if they were inside the room

Overall the stay was fine, staff was kind and helpful, and walking distance to the market and easy access to everywhere. As for the price we are happy. Just need some renovation to look better.

I didn't like the tobacco smoke, which came through the air conditioner horns at morning. So then you don't need alarm clock, cause you woke every morning by that hotel neighbours tobacco smoke.
