The only slight negative was our room (111) appeared to be the only room which didn’t have a sea view. Not a big problem though.

The location was fantastic. The owners were very friendly and we were met at the port to show us the way to the accommodation. There were obviously lots of returning guests which is always a good recommendation. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic location right on the shore within easy walking distance of the ferry, tavernas and shops, a lovely apartment with a super comfortable bed, huge balcony with amazing views...our stay couldn't have been better!

Spacious studio. Family with an infant and a 4 year old. Beautiful place 2 minute walk to the supermarkets. 5 min walk to the Harbour. 5 min walk to the more accessible part of the beach (Cafe, sunbeds) Vehicle accessed and parking right at the back of the establishment The owners are very kind people.

We were 100% happy.

The apartment is large and comfortable, with everything you need including a small kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts, excellent housekeeping service each day. Location is perfect for the sea, the shops (including wonderful bakery) and the tavernas of Livadia, whilst being quiet at night. Even the aircon is quiet!

Struggling to find anything. Being picky then mozzie nets on the windows would be good but I had no bites in the week ! Already got one after 1 day back in Halki...

Lovely place right next to the sea and near to the harbour but far enough away so sleep not disrupted by the ferries. Comfortable large bed and good size apartment. Owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Shops, bakery and tavernas within 20 metres, nice bar just next door (no late night loud music). Large patio with table and sunbeds and chairs..

smile… the only issue (which can be solved easily) is the shower head. it was difficult to wash hairs. but as mentioned: will be easy to fix

the appartment is spacious has everything you need and was clean. With the appartment you have two chairs and a table, but also to sunbeds which are located just beside the entrance of the appartment. The owners are super friendly. Ellibay is around 400m away from the arrival of the ferry and easily reachable following the costline.

Spacious, clean rooms. Good WiFi. Seafront location and very short stroll into the village centre for shops and restaurants. Rooms cleaned daily. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Livadia.

There is nothing we could think of.

Its just a great place as already descriebed in the other posts and the owners are super friendly. No issues whatsoever and even a bit a home away from home feeling. Very quiet despite the rather central location close to the village. Just a nice place for a relaxed vactation.

The water pressure is a bit of an issue but it mostly has to do with the water system of the island which could be improved. There was always hot water available due to solar heating which is a major plus!

Excellent location, right next to everything in Livadia. Mrs. Katerina is an exceptional host! Do not hesitate to book this property if you're planning to visit Tinos. You will not regret your stay there!

The kitchen facilities were not adequate to cook even the most basic meal. The knives were blunt, and there was only a tiny saucepan and a useless frying pan. There was no salad bowl and only small plates and three small cups (no mugs).

The location is great - near the village and near the sea.
