The kitchen facilities seemed a little limited, but we didn't need to use them anyway. It was perfect for what we needed.

The peacocks were a little noisy but they were also entertaining, we did get used to them!

The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and keen to help. The rooms were fabulous, well equipped and comfortable with great views from the sunny balconies. We seemed to have an endless supply of clean towels and fresh bedding - will definitely be going back. Great location away from big roads, very little traffic and just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, the beach.

The host and cleaning staff were lovely and very accommodating. In a quiet location. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had two balconies. One was a view to the sea. Good location, close to local amenities and to the seafront. Kitchenette came in handy. Very happy with everything. I will be back soon! Thank you 😊

The shower is small and its a hand held shower. The AC good but is very noisy.

The assiatnce by the staff was great, we forgot the room key and even at night (23:00) they were very responsive. Good location , far from the noisy village. Nice balcony to sit in the morning to have breakfast.

The studio is really spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the two balconies which was also great for airing out the room as it was quite hot during our stay on the island. The room was cleaned twice during 5 day stay. The hosts were nice and friendly.

The rooms with the sea view have a bit the disadvantage that they face the street so you can expect some noise in the morning when people start they activity. Nothing that some ear plugs can't solve. Also, as a suggestion, please add a few more plates / pots / cuttlery in the kitchen area if possible.

Really cozy place under 10 minutes on foot from the Skala beach. Location is easy to access, just before the hill to Metochi starts. Bakery, nice restaurants - 3-4 minutes on foot. The apartment was clean, bed was large enough and furniture fairly new. Kitchen area is small, but good enough for preparing a coffee or a small breakfast. Large balcony with sea view and Metochi view, really nice to have so much open space as a view in the morning. The mountain view is not bad either, maybe those rooms have a bit more advantage being away from the street. The owner is kind and receptive, we did not communicate much but also had no problem whatsoever. Overall, I think that this is one of the 3 best options close to the Skala main street, which is also at a very good price and not shabby looking. Thank you Nikos also for the handmade souvenirs, it was a really pleasant surprise. Hope to see you again!

Very beautiful place (probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed) and a stunning view!! We could hear the waves from the balkony in the evening. Nikos and his mother are very very kind people!! Thanks again for the beautiful week!

Not a issue for us really but I would have liked the bin emptied every day. I am sure if we asked it would have been but we didn't.

Fantastic view from decent size balcony with table and chairs. Attentive and friendly owner Nikos was on site in case we needed anything most of the day during our 17 night stay. Clean and spacious rooms . Apartment is close to all amenities a short stroll to Supermarket, Pharmacy, Restaurants and the fantastic beachfront. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nikos for a wonderful holiday
