    A breakfast service.

It's location. 100 meters from a good beach. 100 meters from a range of excellent restaurants. Staff very friendly. Taxi rank beside the hotel. Easy walk to bus station and a supermarket. Fridge in the room so could have lunch in my room which kept cost of holiday down. Nice veranda.

Lack of electric kettle in the room.

Very good location- close to the beach, main bus station, supermarkets (the biggest are closed at 9 pm, but there are also smaller ones opened for longer time), Venetian port. Rooms were cleaned every day, staff was very helpful and friendly (provided information on various needed addresses, timetables etc.).

Would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee in the mornings. The A/C was quite loud - though it may have been faulty (I never brought it up with the staff, but probably should have - feel they would have been happy to help). The shower was also quite small, but that seems to be the norm in a lot of similar hotels on the Greek islands.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was kept really clean and housekeeping staff came everyday. Refrigerator in room was handy for snacks and drinks. Hotel in walking distance from old town/Venetian port - about 15-20min walk. Lots of restaurants and a small beach nearby (though there was building work going on at the beach when I visited - so not ideal)

I think the housekeeping forgot to wipe the dust from the tables, it was a bit unclean when I arrived. Also there was water leaking from somewhere in the bathroom, so the floor was always wet.

Maybe it was just our room or an cleaning agent but it smelled a bit funny, but anyway for short stays it wasn't an issue.

The room was simple and clean, bang on for that amount of money. On site parking is great since they have a dedicated parking for hotel guests.

An excellent location close to the town and very close to the language school and a lovely tavern. It was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and WiFi that worked most of the time. It had a very small balcony with a good view. A pleasant shady garden with chairs and tables outside (though beware the dreaded mosquitoes).

Excellent location, the hotel is placed very close to the sandy beach with a lot a restaurants and supermarkets around. Main bus station is around 15 min on walking. -The room was on the last floor (second) and it was discomfortably hot since it was hit by the sun all day. Of course there is an air condition, but it struggles to keep the temperature to an acceptable level. I would suggest that you ask for rooms on first floor or at the ground floor.

Pros: - I cannot stress enough how clean the room was. The room service was excellent. - Location, in my opinion, is ideal. Nice, quiet and around 15-20 minutes walk from the old town - The price was very reasonable

A kettle would have been good in the room. We were asked to pay when we checked out. I had my credit card app on my iPhone showing the payment taken about 10 days prior. The receptionist looked for the details at her end and eventually found it, but we could have paid twice...

Clean, pleasant room. New bathroom, so great shower. A couple of minutes from a nice beach and restaurants. The old town is 20 minutes or so away on foot. There is a great crepe/coffee place up the road by a large supermarket. Great coffee and very cheap! Good value for money.

I arrived first (without my partner) and the staff gave me this room by mistake, thinking that I am alone. They didn't give us another room neither compensated us in any way when they realised their mistake. The bathroom was minuscule! We had to jump over the toilet to sit on it. There was some kind of balcony but not enough space to sit their. One of the pillows was so big and uncomfortable that I woke up the next morning with severe pain on the neck and a headache. But, all that would be of no much concern if we could sleep... The room has two balcony doors. The first has shutters, the second has only a dark curtain... The room looks at the east! The light was so much in the morning till 9 o'clock that it was impossible not to wake up in the morning! VERY EXHAUSTING! If you absolutely need to book at this hotel avoid room 21 like hell!!!!!!!!

The room was clean and big and the hotel was situated not far from the centre of Chania.

We honestly cannot think of anything we didn't like about this hotel - had to close the patio doors one night as local dogs were barking a lot but this could have happened anywhere! Our inward flight was late but there was no problem checking in as 24-hour cover on the desk.

Lovely room - towels changed daily and sheets every 2 days - beautifully laid out with flowers. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. We had a twin room as no doubles available but pushed beds together. Air conditioning and small fridge. New shower room. Balcony. Great room for the money and only a couple of minutes from the beach. Staff very friendly. No breakfasts but plenty of places nearby (we stayed late September so maybe there were breakfast facilities in high season?). Would definitely book here again.

Rooms are a bit worn-out. The room was clean, still the sheets, towels and blankets gave us a feeling of uncertainty, but I cannot say that they were not clean. They were old and you could see they were used many times. Also the air conditioning did not seem to work on heat and in September and October it can be a bit chilly.
