The breakfast need improvement, for a buffet expecting more variety and organizational of the space. Maybe we were on wrong day due to many guests at that time

Nice rooms, clean and with a great seaview. 5' by car from the center of portoheli. I recommend the restaurant close to the pool. Prv beach area. A special mention to the front desk and management for their professionalism.

Crooked bed, not very comfortable mattress. Our room was close to the kitchen and smell was coming from it.

The bathroom was relevantly small but manageable. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate variety of food choices and the trays were refilled regularly. The location was perfect and the beach lovely. The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant by the pool had very lovely dishes.

the room was really dirty, in the first day we found breadcrumbs in the bed side table, the elevator was not clean at all, and the whole hotel was going through a type of renovation, which is fine but keeping the hotel clean it has nothing to do with the renovation that was happening in the background

In the room the air conditioning unit was a bit old and as a result the noise during the night was noticeable. Furthermore the placement of the AC unit perpendicularly in relation to the bed resulted in a very uncomfortable cold draft across the bed when sleeping.

The staff was very friendly and polite. We even had a complimentary upgrade. The location of the hotel was superb and the swimming pool and surrounding area amazing. Breakfast was good and the room clean with amazing sea view and comfortable bed.

The breakfast needs improvement (better more tasty material). Television was not working. Internet had interuptions. The amount in the invoice, given to me by the hotel, was smaller (5 euros) than the price I paid at Booking.com (Did the hotel pass Booking.com charges to me?)

The facilities were good and excellent beach to relax. The staff is extra helpful and friendly. They also upgraded our room- bigger bed-due to the fact that we had a small infant. The breakfast was nice. Lots of options and quality. Is a very good option for what you pay.

When looking at location, services, extraordinary food at Mr Blue, hospitality and the price you pay, all comes together. Worth coming back.

We are a family with 2 small kids and stayed here for a week. Hotel is great and we had a double room with balcony (sea view), so we had some space. Staff spoke English and it was easy to communicate. All very friendly. Hotel is located at sea, with own beach. The place is not overcrowded with tourists, so plenty occasion to meet friendly locals and enjoy the sun beds with some privacy. There is a kids pool and a playground. All together made us feel like on real (Greek) holiday. We enjoyed a lot.
