Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't be better — right in the city center with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff — friendly, helpful, and always available. The bed was very comfy, and we slept so well. All the amenities matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. Excellent value for money — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sifnos!

We did not mind at all but shower is hand held only - was good pressure and heat tho.

The location is perfect. So easy to get too from bus stop from the ferry. Right in the middle of the old Cycladic village and Steno! Also easy for other buses as we had no car and right on start of easy hike in ancient trails to Kastro. We really enjoyed the extra outside space at night and morning.

Amazing apartment! Comfy and clean, friendly staff. Location is extremely convenient right smack in the middle of Apollonia. Restaurants nearby. Bus stop to other Sifnos villages nearby as well. Good views of the sea and other villages. Absolutely perfect!

We would have preferred a double bed, than 2 singles pushed together, and the bedside light didn't work. Car hire is for some reason twice as expensive than any other Greek island we've been to....fortunately, the buses are good and pretty regular.

location was brilliant, quiet pedestrian back street very close to the main bus stops in Apollonia, allowing easy transport around the island. Lots of restaurants and cafe's close by too. Great location on the hilltop for stunning sunsets and sunrises. The room was clean and nice and simple with a terrace. The walks from Apollonia were well marked and beautiful. Our favourites were to Kastro, and another was to Faros and then on to the Chrisopigi Monastery where the snorkelling was fabulous! Buses back to town were pretty regular, so we didn't feel that we needed a car. We definitely want to come back for another walking/swimming holiday. If you like ceramics, the Lembesis pottery in Artemonas is very well worth visiting for their gorgeous hand decorated pots.

The structure is in the center of Apollonia but in a very quiet and very welcoming side street. A bedroom and a bathroom, all very clean! We thank the staff so much, we had a very good time.

Amazing appartment in the center of Apollonia. We had a little balcony, with a table and chairs, and a clothesline; a room with TV, air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine, two armchairs and a table; and a toilet with towels, shampoo, and soap. There was even an electronic mosquito repellent available, which was very useful in these summer nights. The most fantastic thing? It felt you were in a hotel. The hostess came every day to change the waste bins, the towels (if needed) and to give you more toillet paper and shampoo. We realised the remote control of the TV was without batteries and, on the next day, new batteries were there. The attention to these details was impressive. Giamaki appartments are a typical greek house in the peatonal area of the center of Apollonia. You have all restaurants and shops at 2 minutes walking. You can also easily park the car, for free, in the village parking (5 minutes walking).

• No kitchen to cook, only a fridge and a kettle • WiFi does not work in the rooms

• Perfect location in Apollonia, center of Sifnos, start of gorgeous hikes (to Vathy, Kastro, Faros, Saint Sostis, Platys Gialos and Profitis Ilias) and close to the bus stops • Bars and restaurants very nearby so it can probably be noisy in summer but with the double glazed windows and AC you should be fine • Beautiful view on the sunrise or sunset depending the room you’ll get • Nice balcony &common terrace to chill by night • WiFi works perfectly on the terrace - not so much inside the rooms • Hot shower, AC and fridge work well • Coffee and tea offered which is kind • They are more like independent studios so there is no receptionist to talk to or book service from. There is still room service everyday.

Might get a bit loud if Bar Botzi is going off due to proximity to town. Also not very well sign posted! You'll need to go behind the sign to find the apartment.

Fantastic location in Appollonia near bars, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful rooftop terrace and everything you need in the room - fridge, drinking water, air con. Great value for money with views of the coast and central location to access all other towns. They let us keep our bags at their office but it's at the port town Kamares.

The family setting at Giamaki Rooms can som etimes get a bit hectic!

Location is perfect - centre of shops and hiking trails - our room was spectacular - clean, bright, roomy , with TWO balconies overlooking the hills of Apollonia and beyond, and Margarita and her parents (I think) welcomed us warmly.

We had a very bad experience on departure. For personal reasons we had to leave one day earlier. We informed the lady that works there and she advised to leave the key outside the door when we will leave the apartment. We left the key and went for a last swim before our departure, in the meantime we received a message from ferry that we will have a delay due to weather and as it was super windy and couldn’t stay out for so many hours, we called the lady and ask to return to our room (which we have paid till the next day) and she declined, saying that she cleaned it and that we had an agreement and that what we are now asking is not possible. As a hospitality professional myself, this is not the hospitality our country is known for, hope that mentality at that property will change cause it does not fit at all the gorgeous island of Sifnos.
