Great family getaway! Fun activities for the kids all day and even at night. The room was better than expected - modern, clean and spacious. The adjacent water park was great for the whole family. Food and drinks available throughout the day and night - the kids loved all the snacks by the pool!

The activities at night or Entertainment were made for French speaking people, for example when I ask for casino pne of the staff say is mainly for French since they pay more. Would be nice to have Entertainment in different languages Gym needs maintenance, many of the equipment did not work. Since the gym is open There is a lot of Children around playing with the machibe (also destroying them), thats is not safe, from my point of view it should be a sign that does not allow childrens there(parents should take care of that). I dont eat chocolate, 95% of the desserts were with choco at lunch and dinnner.

The Place is very nice in a good location. Personel very friendly, rooms were good and clean. Food was nice and different dishes everyday.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help, which made us welcome from the start. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was really tasty with a nice mix of Greek dishes and other options. We also liked the poolside bar—it was a great place to sit back with a drink and enjoy the surroundings. The sunrise on the beach was epic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will be back!

Great stay, with great value. All inclusive package was great, you just need to pace yourself otherwise you gain a lot of weight... Beach is great, pool is great, staff was all smiles. A vacation like it should be.

My key card dint work a few times so I had to go back to reception, the TV in the room didn't work but they sent someone to fix it the next day

The only drawback of the place is its distance from the center of Athens, other than that there are no drawbacks

The place is very picturesque and the views are wonderful. The staff are also very friendly. There is a good water park next to the hotel. The meals were delicious and varied, the rooms were wonderful, very clean, and the hotel bed was comfortable.

The towels system... The spa opens at 10 along with the swimming pool.Before that, if you want to go to the beach you have to go without towels.

The rooms, the food and the staff were excellent but a few things could be improved like towel collecting opening times in the spa and room timing cleaning. The rest was perfect. The place is cozy and ideal for families with young children as there is no need to walk a lot. The beach is really close to the pool. Less than 1 min walking.

We were out of season and it was very quiet....The hotel is great for children with lots of facilities so if you dont want kids around in high season this may not be for you

The hotel and all the staff were first rate. Angello and his team could not have been more helpful and kindly helped us with taxi arrangements from Athens center. This was a very usefuland less expensive than a locally hired cab It is a great location and near enough to the local town to take the lovely waterside walk!

It was end of season so the kids club was not available anymore, that was a pity, we choose the hotel that our daughter has also some activities. That should be actually mentioned before.

The location is super nice and calm. It was a really nice hotel, the food and stuff was really good 😊. Everyone was really friendly and the SUP was super nice. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

There wasn't anything to dislike. We were impressed by the many things on offer.

The hotel topped our expectations, and we loved the room with seaview (after having been moved from a prior one), the food, and the staff. Very dedicated and friendly staff made sure that all the guests were catered for. The water attractions were well received by the kids, just the snorkelling was not as interesting as hoped for until the last day, when we managed to encounter a curious squid.

Although there were lots of different sun beds, we didn't like that it was allowed for people to reserve a sun bed from the day before by leaving their clothes or towels overnight, which led to a confusion the next day and some people had never experienced a lying on the more comfortable sun beds. Also there was one unpleasant surprise - sand flies. There were lots of them, thus you can't really enjoy the sea view in the evening otherwise you gonna be attacked by sand flies. Take a strong repellent and after bite remedy to enjoy your holiday. One more thing to keep in mind is that the gym is outside, so get prepared for the hard workout with the Greece heat and people passing and staring on you :)

We have really enjoyed our 10-day stay at Brown Beach Evia Island. Everything was perfect, including very diverse and rich food, great and welcome service as well as a very cozy and modern room.

On the first day my wife had an accident when she stepped on an old piece of a Sunbed /umbrella seton the beach, although the manager very quickly called and offered his help to drive us to the closest pharmacy there was not a follow up call or any extra steps taken from the hotel. It was a bit challenging to have one of the three available snacks during the day with waiting times sometimes of >1hour (pizza). There a very good section of water sports next to the beach of the hotel, there were multiple times that the boat/jet sky was very close to the people. There were some type of line seperation but we seen that not been followed a couple of times where people swimming very close.

The stuff was always goiong above and beyond I cant stress how well we were treated. The rooms were renovated and very good ! The food on the restaurant was more than I expected for an all inclusive, would greatly recommend it.

Music which was played on the beach was horrible. Every day same old music, nothing new all day same playlist. Indoor bar/next to reception/lobby should have been open but it was not.

Overall super friendly staff! Always with a smile. Clean hotel rooms. Also clean restaurant and outside garden! Uncomplicated reception, helped us with some booking problems. Parking is for free. Small waterpark next to the hotel. Usable kanu/kayak and on water sport activities.

I wish the rooms were a bit larger, providing a bit more storage space. The shower is not equipped with a curtain or a full door, which is always causing water to splash out to the toilet floor. In addition, smelly odor constantly comes out of the sewer floor hatches.

The hotel resides at the edge of Eretria village, which is nice and calm. The green grass areas are vast. The staff is very nice and the main swimming pool is big, clean and fun.
