Having stayed there off-season, I believe maintainance work is still in plan, to bring the facilities to a perfect state.

The staff is amazing. They are warm and look for solutions before the customer comes with a request.

The door of the room had a window,so the room couldn't be dark enough to sleep late at the morning. The curtains were a little bit dirty and old.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The matress was good enough. The breakfast had a lot of options. There was a free parking space for all. The heater was working great and even during December the room was hot enough. The hot water in the bathroom was available all day long.

Reception not very helpful - 'Are the ferries running today?' - 'I don't know'. We ordered chicken kebabs and beef kofte arrived. Staff and chef insisted it was chicken, but then chef said it was his own recipe. After over 70 years I can tell the difference between chicken and beef! No discount on bill even though I sent the food back...

I needed to check out quite early, so the reception was manned by the night shift. Our rooms were pre-paid but we had had drinks put on our room. The receptionist insisted that we pay for the rooms as well. We spent a fair amount of time arguing until the receptionist finally found a paper which said the balance was zero.....

Good breakfast. The rooms were quite nice, with a desk for working or whatever. The beds were comfortable.

Rooms were very dated so quiet a surprise after walking through the property - however was comfortable Pool was out of order which whilst I appreciate it was out of season wasn’t aware of this when I booked

Beds were a little hard and the shower could do with a revamp. Disappointed that the pool was not open.

Friendly check in staff and we were very grateful that our room was available early after arriving on an early ferry. Location not too bad, within walking distance from port if you're keen. Good size room. Great choice at breakfast.

Because of my room's location on the street, it wasn't enjoyable to sit on the terrace, and it was noisy in the evening until quite late. I didn't want to sit on the terrace or open the windows because of the traffic. I didn't open the drapery as pedestrians could see inside. I found it difficult to see the narrow drive to the parking. On my 4th time passing by, I finally found it on the south side of the building behind a pole.

Grecian Castle is close to the airport and Chios Town. It was easy to access by car with parking behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and clean. My room was on the front facing the busy street and with a sea view. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of cooked and cold foods.

Although the hotel does not have many significant shortcomings, I would expect there to be drinks in the minibar and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Overall a good facility. clean, smiling staff, good Wi-Fi, large room, nice breakfast service, right across from the beach, walking distance to the marina and a few minutes from the airport.

Admittedly, we went during low season, but it would be nice that the beach bar was working and offering proper cocktails. This is normal for a 4-star hotel.

The pool area is wonderful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room we got was away from the road, very quiet and had a nice view to a small garden. Great breakfast.

Minibar was empty and our balcony was a little wet so my slippers get wet. Price can be better especially for off seasons, as you know it's semptember..

The one thing that I would say is the breakfast: just boring, plastic stuff that you could find in every mediocre hotel. It is particularly weird given the very good kitchen that the hotel had (we had dinner and lunch there). It needs a serious revamp! More local stuff, FRECH ORANGE JUICE from Chios oranges (for G shake!). Better fewer and better quality stuff, than lots of things that are just mediocre. For example: the bread was amazing and fresh every day, and the croissants were as plastic as it can get. You don't need to give croissants if you do not know how to make them. Give a koulouri, give something local, something nice! Hope that helps!

The hotel is really nice, very beautiful small "houses", nicely located just outside the city, very clean, very friendly, we had a fantastic stay, great kitchen (for lunch or dinner), just a really good boutique hotel.

Old facility. Outdated furniture. No free bottled water! Refrigerator was empty all the time. You need to push the door everytime because It doesn't shut properly.

Breakfast was good. I liked view of my room. Generally rooms are wide and clean. Close to chios center (walkable) and quiet. paking is not a problem. breakfast starts at 07,30 sharp. Air con works well.

It was one of the best hotels I stayed at. The location, breakfast, swimming pool and staff were excellent. The building seemed historical. Also there was free car parking.

Very early in the morning on the first day woke up by a technician who checked aircondition which was working smoothly. A weeding the last night kept us until 2.30 a with loud music..

excellent location, room very clean and spacious at the newly built wing, with all the amenities. Staff very polite, and breakfast was good.
