Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

JerseyThe prices of both alcohol & food were very expensive, compared to other restaurants in the area , due to this we did not dine or drink in the bar or restaurant.
Beautiful villas with amazing views Staff were fantastic, friendly & would do anything for you to make sure you had a great holiday .

ItalyThe hotel is in a truly beautiful location, just a short walk from Elia Beach, which makes it perfect for enjoying the sea and the relaxed atmosphere of Mykonos. The views and surroundings are definitely a highlight, and overall my stay was a very pleasant experience. It offers comfort, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere. With its prime location and charm, it’s a wonderful choice for a relaxing getaway.

United KingdomThe hotel description didnt quite explain how far from the beach it is by foot. After walking there and back twice, on a rocky steep hill, we were informed that the hotel offered a complimentary ride untll 6pm every day.. Although its in a beautifuñ location, besides a couple of other hotels, there is nothing to do here, no convenience shops, nothing. . The hotel bar closed at 23h and the restaurant at 22h. No room service could be provided either. We ordered a pizza from Dominos one evening!! The description also mentioned that it was Adults only. However there were children on site.. Also, Spa Services at this hotel equal having someone come to your room - there is No Spa on site. Breakfast is basic. Beware of the possible mountan of steps to climb from the pool/reception to your room. There is no elevator. I found the description misleading. Overall, its pleasant enough. The staff were nice and friendly, the rooms pretty, but this is not a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is pretty, and has a great view. Our complimentary upgraded room was nice and we aporeciated the two outdoor terraces. The shower was great. Its a small and intimate hotel, which is what we were looking for.

FranceI believe that some facilities and furniture have to be repaired and modernized. But again, I personally can’t complain because I was treated like a queen. So, this is an overall remark to the hotel owners.
Perfect location and wonderful team. A few minutes walking from the Elia beach, quite isolated from the noise and yet very close to the restaurants. Everybody was extremely attentive and lovely, telling me that nothing is impossible to make stay pleasant. I have been upgraded to a better room with a private terrace, a pool and a breathtaking view.

United KingdomAmenities didn’t include what I would expect, cotton pads, cotton buds to clean ears etc although there was a shaving kit (presume for men?) which we didn’t use. WiFi was intermittent in our villa area we were told this would be fixed but wasn’t. It was slightly more windy than expected so a heated pool to make use of it in the villa would’ve been great. The villa was beautifim but I felt it needed more light in the rooms and common areas.
It was my second time in Mykonos but first at this hotel. Evgenia, manager and the team were excellent and I cannot fault them. The customer service received was brilliant and I would highly recommend to stay at the hotel. They helped with transfers to the local beach, taxis, reservations etc and were on hand day and night! Cleaning was good, although at times the floor were left with bits of rubbish but nothing that couldn’t be sorted out by telling the housekeeping team. We stayed in a 3 bed villa which was brillant although the daily trough of walking up and down steep steps was challenging but worth it!

United KingdomThe rooms were a little dated and the outside lights couldn’t be turned off, which filtered in around the curtains at night. Small point, but it would also be good to have a toaster available at breakfast.
Beautiful views and amazing staff who went well above and beyond, including helping with recommendations, transfers, and a late check out. A unique boutique stay.

United KingdomI felt that the pool could have been slightly cleaner. It was sat under a large plant and so had some residue from that, plus some other debris that I felt could have been cleaned better. Everything else was amazing!
Great rooms and facilities for a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very close to the beach, even if it was quite a steep climb. Free shuttle services to and from the beach mitigated this. The rooms were modern and spacious, and each had an en suite bathroom. A separate kitchen and a private pool and lounging area were also great additions.

SwedenI wish we had known our one night booking was on their last night of the season - the bar was basically dry because they were running everything down so there were very few cocktails available. However I spoke to the front desk and on this occasion they allowed us to order our own alcohol so we could continue with our plan of poolside cocktails! Also the pool was FREEZING. Not sure if they cut the heating due to their end of season closure or if it’s always that way!
Super nice place, great with the pick-up and drop off from the beach, the location has a beautiful view, the whole pool / bar / restaurant is wonderful, the rooms were well sized, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The main highlight was the staff and how welcoming, friendly and helpful they were. When we checked out and said we were going to the beach we were offered to come back to the hotel afterwards to shower and prepare for our onward journey. Breakfast was really nice with a wide selection of nice, fresh food.

United StatesThe hotel was very remote and we needed a car service to go places. The amenities in the room were somewhat older and needed updates. The accessibility was difficult if you are unable to climb steps and steep hills.
Traveled with a total of 6 people in our group. We were met by the most attentive staff. We were shown to our room which had a private plunge pool and a spectacular view of the sea. Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't get to actually sleep there after my husband broke his ankle at a restaurant in the city of Mykonos that evening. Romany was able to arrange a room for us to move to that didn't have any steps to climb to accommodate my husband now on crutches. The new room was much smaller and didn't have the amenities in our original room (no fridge, no tv, no pol, much smaller room.)

United StatesMy room had an amazing view as it was right on the water but the tv and phone did not work. Trash was not taken out when left on the counter top. Drinks, cocktails, and food are a bit pricey so prepare your wallet if you're staying there for more than a couple of days. Since the property is outside the town where restaurants, shops, night spots are, you'll need to rely on a car service the hotel can book you. It takes a bit of coordinating so have a little patience.
Breakfast was amazing, as guests were offered 3 styles - Greek, American or Healthy, each with unique style of eggs, fruit, greek yogurt, coffee/juice, and pastries. The property is beautifully situated on a cliff and has some stunning views. Staff was amazing and really sold the experience. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure the experience meets expectations. Romani - our concierge/butler by far went above and beyond and is absolutely the best. It was his service that really gives this boutique hotel extra points. In all our travels, we haven't met a kinder gentleman who enjoys his work and strives to makes his customers VIPs at every interaction and booking.

United KingdomThe hotel has been developed on a clift, so there are e few steep slopes connecting the suites with the common areas such as the swimming pool, spa, restaurant and so on. A pedestrian path with steps or a few electric golf buggies would help in allowing easier movements.
Amazing position and view. The Botero suite with pool is right on the cliff with an outstanding view on the bay and Elia beach. The room was comfortable and pretty spacious. The welcome drink and cake was much appreciated. The staff was exceptional, kind and careful all the times. A great thank you to Nicola, breakfast’s room manager, who made us feel home.
