Beds were very hard to sleep on. Bathroom is pretty small, for one person to stay.

Stuff was very friendly, room was cleaned every day, close to city center, minimarket and bakery. Room had terrace and small fridge.

Don't follow the directions on website! It takes you up over the steepest hill and then get lost! I'll attach the easy way we found after. Wi-Fi dipped in and out, but was OK. Steep, curved stairs to penthouse. Difficult with heavy bags, but had offers of help. Check out was 10.30am, but felt rushed.

Spacious penthouse apartment, a short walk from the main Papadiamantis Street. We were a couple and a friend, so had a room and bathroom each, although would fit 4 each room. Modern decor and very clean. Balcony with street view in full sun during day. Mini Market and bakery around the corner. Quiet. Very helpful ladies. Maria helped with bags, cleaned, etc. Was able to leave luggage on last day, as had night flight.

Away from the noise and business of town but very walkable to the port. The owner had no knowledge of my booking but was still able to give me a room. Bathroom was good. Outside area was sheltered so cooler.

It's close to the town and the main bus stops, great staff. They help you whenever you want and clean up the room daily.

-too much humidity in the room. Everything stays wet even our fresh clothes from luggage. Not good! -curtains don’t keep out the light so well -no soundproofing. You can hear the road noises and people passing by or in terraces -WiFi is terrible

It wasn’t the host’s fault, but if you’re driving a car, parking can be very challenging, especially if you return late (after 8 pm). We struggled to find parking on most days. The streets in Skiathos Town are also quite narrow, so be cautious if you’re driving there. Again, while this isn’t the host’s fault, despite the apartment being on a quiet street, we had some noisy neighbours who returned around 1 am and were very loud. On one night, we even heard loud talking at 4 am from people in the apartment behind us.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Skiathos Town and the port. The facilities were basic but comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. Our host, Alexandra, was very kind and helpful, always available when needed. The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. As a family of four, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

There was not really anything I didn't like. I booked for a room early near to the centre of Skiathos Town and this is what I received. The clean towels were laid on the bed in a decorative manner and she let me put my bag in the room as soon as the other people left for her to clean round, thus allowing me to enjoy the beaches.

I wasn't on a breakfast package so cannot comment. The location was excellent, being a short walk to the bars in Skiathos Town. The lady on reception was friendly and efficient. The fridge was big, so I could put the food and drinks I purchased in there.

The room needed a little bit of general maintenance - the faucet was wobbly, chairs on the balcony too. One of the electric plugs (by the mirror) was not working. The shower corner needed a deepclean (mostly the drain) and we couldn’t really put the shower up, as the little holder attached to the wall of the shower was holding the hose just very loosely.

• Our host Alexandra was wonderful. She was very welcoming, polite and nice. She helped us by recommending the best beaches on the island and called us a taxi when we were leaving. Alexandra made sure we arrived home safely and communication with her was always very pleasant. • The hotel is located close (15min walk) to the beach, and only about 5min to the city center. Although the airport is also only about 15min from the accomodation, I recommend getting a taxi or a bus as there are very steep stairs and a hill and not a lot of sidewalks from that direction. • The room was cleaned daily - fresh towels, trash taken out. • AC and wifi were good. • There was a blowdrier in the room, which is a huge plus. • Cutlery and mugs were also clean.

Would have liked better/blackout curtains-there are no shutters and curtains are thin and let a LOT of light in (there is a street lamp directly outside the room I had). Made worse there being a window above the door at the street lamp level with no curtain at all No problem for the less light sensitive but this did affect my sleep a lot Kitchen could be better equipped-not a concern for me as I was staying only one night but for families who might want to self cater equipment seemed a bit limited

Location was very good-a 10 minute flat walk to the waterfront and port, and a few minutes from a minimarket yet on a quiet street -a few mopeds pass by every now and then but certainly not all night Alexandra on reception was very friendly and welcoming The room was large, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows, very nice spacious and modern bathroom

The glass bathroom door does not reach the floor, doesn't have a lock, and overall is not very well suited for a bathroom door. In a room meant for 6 people, you would expect a bathroom with more privacy. The shower glass doesn't really stop the water from going everywhere, so the bathroom was always wet.

The room was very nice and modern. The room was clean. We had an entrance straight from the street, which was nice. The small patio was nice. The AC worked very well. The staff was very nice and helpful. They also let us leave our bags on reception after checking out until our plane was leaving.

Grecos STAY located in a very quiet area of Skiathos. I had a cozy room with a lovely terasse, nice design, AC, fridge, perfect stay for a short holiday. The hosts, Alexandra and Yiannis were super nice, lovely and helpful. The best crew that I've ever met!!!

Don’t approach on foot directly from the bus station - there’s a massive hill in the way! Many of the rooms have extra bunk beds crammed in.

Cool refurbished rooms in a no frills hotel. Situated in a quiet backstreet just 7 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars of the town.

Shower too small. I don’t know how a man would be able to use the toilet without bashing his head on vanity unit. Google maps would have you walking up and down steep lanes.

Price and helpful staff. When there was a mosquito in the room the staff gave me bug spray. The staff advised me an easier way to walk to the property on the flat.
