The location was great and everywhere was about 20 to 30 minutes walk. We didn’t even need to use the metro or taxis. It was clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety, the staff were superb and very informative and helpful.

Area the hotel is in is close to Omonia Square which we avoided. Stick to well lit routes at night, there are plenty.

S Loft suite was huge for a European hotel room, very clean, comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Fantastic breakfast. Everything walkable from the hotel.

The the room's door does not keep out the noise. You can hear all the sounds in the corridor. There was a cleaning staff's utility room near our door , which could be heard from 6 in the morning.

Very stylish, comfortable and welcoming hotel in the walking distance from the main historical and shopping districts. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms. Two nightlife areas are in the few minutes walk too.

The lighting in the room is either too much or not enough.

we've been here before, This time we were upgraded to an upper floor room which was wonderful, it was very spacious and it looked newly refurbished. Spotless bathroom. Breakfast very good and it was wonderful to enjoy it on the outside terrace at this time of the year. Great location for a real taste of Athens, Yuo can walk everywhere from here

The staff were exceptionally polite, professional and helpful. When we had our flight cancelled and had to frantically re-arrange our plans, they were incredibly calming and allowed us to continue to enjoy our stay.

The hotel was located in walking distance to the sights and less than 5 minutes to a metro station. It was quirky and different. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and very tasty!

Room itself was a little bit old and not renovated for some years, windows not very good isolated, we heard all the noises from the street. It was disturbing during the night rest. Milk for coffee expired in July 2023 (we were in hotel during Xmas time in December), but not one removed it or changed. We saw it already while drinking a coffee, was not so nice experience.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were always available and pleasant to us and gave us all possible advices regarding what to visit in Athens. They could quickly understand our special needs and adjust. Really appreciated. We also booked a Christmas dinner in a hotel restaurant and it was amazing and unforgettable, special Thanks!!!

The first room I got was a bit old, maybe a personal style but I didn’t like the red couches and wall. It was the graffiti room.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations honestly. From the moment I arrived the bell boy is the sweetest and most polite, he is an amazing first view of the hotel, very helpful and anticipates what you need and runs to help! The staff on the reception were super friendly and smiley. They did their best to give me the room early as I had a little baby with me! They also gave me an upgrade to a family room to make sure I had enough space. The first room they gave me on the 6th floor was a bit old but it did its due, I honestly didn’t care about the room from how amazing the service is! I had a late checkout as my flight was at night, they offered me another room and easily helped take all my things to get settled. The room on the 2nd floor was actually amazing very spacious with a big balcony and 2 bathrooms! I think this one is renovated. I loved everything in the room! The room service is very fast and the breakfast was so good with a good variety of food. The room service team was super friendly and helped me wash the baby bottles! They even washed them and brought them up to the room! Overall the experience was amazing from the service of the staff of the hotel and the proximity of location to all important sites to visit also to the buses that go around the city! I would definitely stay again!
