The shower curtain could be a bit taller to prevent from wetting the floor and a shower could use a shelve.

This is an impressively good hotel! Staff are incredibly friendly, and helpful and makes you feel at home. Breakfast is very good and varied. The room is comfortable and with a large terrace with a sea view on which you can relax. There are many friendly cats in the hotel, and if you're a cat lover like me, you quite enjoy their company too! :) Totally recommended!

Great location. We liked the ground floor garden room for easy access and view. Lovely staff nothing too much trouble. Great choice at breakfast . Room cleaned every day and towels changed.

They could do with an extra toaster at breakfast. There is only one and always a queue for toast. The bar was very quiet in the evening and no background music or atmosphere.

The region of Lassi has a lot of tourism and is very busy, if you are looking for quite locations, then just choose Lassi for your last days before flying home

We had a very modern nice room in the ground floor, door next to the pool - it seemed like garden with pool; We went to the beaches close to the hotel (Caves beach -> great snorkling; Gradakia -> best sand beach we visited), it was great. Lots of good restaurants close to the hotel on main road to the airport. It was a perfect stay especially for the last days as it is close to the airport

This is the second time I've stayed here. I can't think of anything that I don't like about the hotel. Also, as an animal lover, I love the cats around the hotel, and its great to know they are looked after by the staff and guests.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel has a very relaxed feel about it.

The hotel I s at the bottom of a steep hill and with mobility problems we needed a taxi to go anywhere With a hire car you will be OK or are fit and enjoy walking

Pool felt tired. Pool water very murky and felt a little in need of a good clean. No pool bar. No pool towels. Plenty of sun beds but of low quality. Hotel Close to Lassi and not on main road but Lassi itself just feels like a main road with things on the side which are overshadowed by constant traffic noise.

The bathroom is really really small

Everything was very good - the staff, the facilities, the breakfast, the room. The hotel has a very nice pool and it is 5 min. walking distance fron the beach. Also there are a lot of restaurants within a 15 min walking distance

Very well situated in Lassi and very close to the Centre of Argostoli which is a beautiful place for night walks, drinks or dinner. The hotel has spacious rooms, beautiful views from the balconies and great breakfast! The staff are polite and always with a smile on their face. We had the opportunity to meet the owners as well and find out that they are the kindest people. Thank you for your hospitality and for making us feel at home! 🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely nothing!

From start to finish, everything was truly amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and felt like 3 days. They say time flies when your having fun and that's exactly what we experienced at Lassi Hotel. From the full continental breakfast, to the sweet little cat mascots, to the peaceful nights watching the sunset, one could not ask for more from a vacation! To put future travelers into perspective, after our departure we stayed at Astoria Hotel in Thessaloniki and The Stanley in Athens, and not one of them comes close to the highest levels of customer service from Lassi Hotel. They truly make you feel at home and sense the family unity!

Everything about this place is just amazing, the position is minutes away from two wonderful beaches (Gradakia and Kalamia for which there is a shortcut and you can get there in literally 3 minutes by walk) rooms are super clean, soap, towels, water bottles are replenished every day, the hotel is very quiet and the sea waves can be heard from the balcony. The staff is super nice, professional, available, approachable and friendly, they provide you with everything you might need from check in to check out also fulfilling any request they possibly can. Special mention for Marco working at the bar, super kind, friendly, helpful and willing to help and give advice for places around and in Argostoli (15/20 minutes away by walk). I would recommend it a million times to anybody

My only "complaints" are personal and do not reflect badly on the hotel. The beds were a little stiff for me so I needed to stretch a little more in the morning. The aircon didn't seem to kick out much in the way of cool air, but it did definitely help! Given the beautiful weather they have probably taken a hammering :) Once again not a complaint!

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were brilliant, always welcoming, very knowledgeable, great fun but in no way intrusive. If you wanted them they could be found easily and would greet you with a smile. The rooms were decent. Never had an issue with card keys (rare for me)
