Great resort. Plenty of things to do as it's bit far from Rethymno Town. But great place to stay.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay here was out of a movie. Just after we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, a red rose for my wife and some chocolate from the house. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the room we booked. We got a very nice bungalow with an incredible view. They remembered it was my wife’s birthday and we got an amazing dinner at the A la carte restaurant with more roses, an entire bottle of champagne and they got my wife a cake and sang her Happy birthday at the end of the night. The beaches and the surroundings of the property are just amazing, very beautiful. The food was very very good and you had a lot of options. All in all an incredible and perfect vacation. The only thing we regret is not having booked more days there. We will definitely come back.

A little further than I thought from Rethymon. The area where the Bbq nights were held was a lovely spot it was a shame you couldn’t go there at anytime.

Beautiful area , lots of pools to escape from the family pools. Loved the small beach area’s and the coffee shop in the rocks.

Fantastic hotel with nice beaches. Beautiful garden with hundreds of palm trees and leanders. You can walk even an hour without going the same route. Excellent food in big variety at all meals. Helpful staff and enjoyable show each evening.

After check out and disappointment with another 5-star hotel couldn’t come back, as they were already overbooked!!! :( For sure will come back when visiting Crete.

The resort deserves 5 stars! Huge beautiful territory, very clean and well maintained. Well organized facilities! Lagoons are not naturally made, but very well designed and make their job. No waves at any sea state and the water is crystal clean at all the times. The food is at the good level! Always fresh and tasty with lots of varieties… Maine restaurant offers different international cuisine for the dinner. Good alcoholic drinks for all inclusive, with the known brands and proper amount of alcohol! The staff is fabulous! Always smiling, always friendly and makes the guest feel special. Ready to help with any descent or the smallest issue. Animation is at the high level! Fluent at many languages and every evening you could expect to be entertained by comic show, concert, dance show or a fire show… Safe and free of charge private parking. Stunning sea view from nearly every part of resort!!!

The staff and overall atmosphere at this location were simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff members. I felt genuinely welcomed. The food was pretty tasty and there was plenty of variety. I cannot rave enough about this property. The grounds are beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The facilities were great, specially the cove and the pool areas. Great selection of food. For my birthday I was gifted with a beautiful cake and champagne by the hotel, which was a lovely treat!

smoking around the pool and in the theater, there are no signs to show you where you are, finally, the air port of Crete is like a bus station very terrible

The food in the buffet was excellent. The hotel beaches are very nice, particularly for children. The room was comfortable. The hotel has various facilities for kids, in particular the kids club and pool. My son absolutely loved the "mini disco". The staff was great.

1. Everything was perfect only one note that there wasn't warming pool.

1. One of the. best stays so far. We traveled with 11 month baby. The staff always comunicated with baby, asked how are we doing if everything ok. Thay always were very polite helpful and comunicable. We felt very special and happy. 2.The food was amazing, few different kinds of fresh cheese, yogurt, boiled vegetables, different kinds of fish, meat. A lot of fresh fruits topings and desserts. Everyone can find something tasty and fresh 3. The hotel teritory is huge, many places to sit down and watch at the see, different areas to eat, many activities (at the pool, bar, live music at the restaurant...) . You can spend all day at the hotel and still find something new.
